While it may appear to be a cute…read morelittle ice cream shop, it offers so much more: aguas frescas, baked goods, homemade ice cream, snacks, and classic Mexican cuisine. The owner and chef, Ricardo, and his staff are attentive and personable. The elote fries are a great way to start a meal. I've also had a pork tamal/tamale. It was a bit dry, but I'm hoping it was just a one-time occurrence. I've tried four tacos on the menu: acorazado (fried chicken), al pastor, ceviche (marinated shrimp), and carnitas. Of those, the carnitas was by far my favorite. The pork is cooked with pig's feet, which noticeably enhances the flavor profile. I've also had the birria pizza. I personally prefer birria tacos, but have not tried them here yet. On the sweeter side, the aguas frescas, ice cream, and sweet bread are all must-tries. I've also gotten the chocolate-dipped banana. I would get this again, but the other sweets are superior. After sampling all the aguas frescas and ice cream flavors, I can honestly say I enjoyed them all. The ice cream stood out the most, as there are so many unique flavors. Prickly pear, gancito, tres leches, bubble gum, and piñon (pine nut) are just a few of the options available. As for the sweet bread, I got it on my way out, and it barely made it to my car. Although I loved the elote fries and carnitas taco, it was the sweets that impressed me the most. Most importantly, everything is made in-house. In a day and age where outsourcing has become so common, an establishment like Michi Michi cannot go unappreciated.

Pretty solid place for a BYO burger option…read more I like all the options they offer....multiple proteins, buns, toppings and sauces. Everything was well prepared, meat temps were correct, buns were toasted and toppings were plentiful. If anything, you may want to be cautious on the BYO toppings because things can get sloppy if you add too many. We loved our apps as well, boneless wings and pretzels. Will definitely be back

The fall out fries were the move over the regular fries. The serving size was enough for 2 people. The side salad was run-of-the-mill. I ordered a medium rare, 1/2 lb bison burger on a brioche bun with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, and bourbon ketchup. It ending up being rare instead of medium rare, and had fried (crispy) onions instead of caramelized. My wife crafted her own mac and cheese. After confirming the "chicken bites" were fried, she ordered a bowl of mac with those, onions, cheddar, and velveeta. The chicken appeared to be grilled rather than fried, and the mac itself lacked any flavor. Considering the mac was $21, we definitely wouldn't order it again. To say the least, I wasn't surprised to hear World's End closed. Had it not, I would have given it another chance.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. Every dish was packed with authentic flavor, and the portions were generous. The drinks were just as impressive and complemented the meal perfectly. What stood out most was the excellent customer service. Everyone made us feel valued and ensured we had a great dining experience. The restaurant offers a lively, family-friendly environment with made-to-order Mexican dishes and a great selection of drinks. Tables seated after us had already received drinks, chips, and salsa before we were even greeted. Once our server finally came over, things moved quickly -- but I still had to walk around the restaurant tracking down staff just to get napkins and silverware. For food, I ordered the 3-piece chicken dinner tacos and found them way too salty. I ended up using the beans on the side to try and balance the flavor out. My spouse had the birria tacos and thought they were decent. Chips and salsa were fine. At $40 for two people the price was fair, but between the slow start to service and the overly salty food, we left feeling just okay about the experience. Not sure we'd make it back.
