I quit going to any of the Bush locations over a year ago because multiple times they never seem to get the bugs off the grill or windshield. Today I was in a hurry and didn't have time to drive to my regular place and I really needed a wash. The girl pre-washing the cars didn't even try to cover the front with the big cleaner or run a brush across it. Instead what happened was she barely squirted half the front. It was like one squirt and she didn't even try to cover the grill or window. She failed to hit the passenger side at all. She also sent me through immediately before the car ahead of me and didn't even have time to hit both sides of the front window or grill with the brush. I already knew my grill and window would be left unclean. At the end of the was the car ahead of me actually had to apply their breaks to avoid hitting the car ahead of them as they were coming out of the dryer. The kid drying cars was didn't leave enough room for the cars coming out. I honestly thought I was going to hit the car ahead of me too. That was crazy never before have I been in that position. I went ahead and inspected my car and sure enough the passenger side headlight was covered in bugs, along with the bumper and grill. I tried to wipe most of them off with the few napkins I had. To be honest I should have just drove back around but I was too mad. The blonde girl with the big fake blue nails did such a lousy job I didn't even want her touching my car again and the kid at the end is an accident waiting to happen. Grrr. I'll be taking my car to get a real wash today or tomorrow. Lesson learned. read more

After unsuccessful attempts to get my buggy-road-trip car washed yesterday (couldn't get the self-paying machine to work at a place next to gas station; the manual car wash up the road only washed off the dirt, not the bugs AND left water stains; the other full-service car washes by the mall had long lines), I searched the net for a drive through car wash in town. Found Bush Car Wash website online and saw they open at 7am! This place is very much like car washes I use in Texas and California (minus free vacuums...they have the setup to vacuum, but not sure what they charge... AND minus towels to dry off the car afterwards.) They DO give you a pre-moistened towelette to wipe down your dashboard, which worked well. Glad to see they'll be opening one off Edison (maybe for my next road trip up here). Nice place to wash a car. Service was great, kind people. I will say that they are much more attentive to your car (putting a baggy over the back windshield wiper, folding in the side mirrors...none of which had been done in CA or TX) than other places I've been to (tho one place did tape the back wiper down). The only things I'd change...free vacuums?? And some towels to dry off car afterwards? Otherwise, price was great, results were great. Still a few bugs on front bumper, but much less than before. I'll have to bring the kids next time...they love drive-through car washes, and they'd love the colored lights when the soap is sprayed on. read more

Do not go to this car wash. Please take the time to hand wash your cars. I went to get my car washed Saturday afternoon, we were moving the next morning. So yesterday morning I went to pop my trunk to load it up and noticed it was destroyed and there were other scratches (more minor, but still not there prior) on the body of my vehicle. I always saw photos like this and heard horror stories, but also assumed people just wanted prior damage to be blamed on someone else. Well I was proven very wrong. Please don't learn this lesson the hard way like I had to. read more

I've been going to the car wash for a while. There are usually spots that are missed each time. Depending on what car wash I go through. I would still have a membership if they allowed my truck to go through. I have a hitch the tucks under the truck and is not exposed at all. This is prohibited. A pleasant car wash with a shorter line than in Richland but not as near to my home. Here they wipe down your glass after a wash. It is a newer facility and one is planned in Kennewick but not yet started. The owner is pleasant and spoke with me about an issue last year. He was very supportive and addressed the issue immediately. The biggest issue with a popular business is long lines. Today I came here to Kennewick by the river because the line in Richland was way too long and on weekends it often is. Many people will sit in line for 15 or 20 minutes for a cup of coffee or a car wash I have limited time on weekends and chose not to sit in lines. You might suggest I go during the week. That is not possible, I work elsewhere. Bush Car Wash is excellent where ever you go. I recommend them and hope they maintain the quality of service they provide today. The price has went up. The days of 6 dollar car washes are gone. I was shocked to see self service car washes at $4.00 for 5 minutes. But if people pay the price, the price will not go down and can only go up. I buy the discount cards of 5 washes and save some money. Don't over look free vacuums. But you have to ask for the coin for the machines. The attendants always forget and you have to ask for them. read more

If the hours listed on Yelp are correct: said open until 8:30. I arrived at 7:00 pm, the only worker there was hanging out with her boyfriend in the parking lot. I drove around to the car wash entrance , and sat there waiting for someone. I finally left without getting my car washed. read more

Ray and Liz greeted us with a smile and we're incredibly nice. They gave our son a great birthday greeting since of all things, he asked to go through the car wash for his birthday. Horrible horrible horrible. This place does not clean very well ive had to go through it 3 times to get all the streaks off and it has completely scratched my brand new jeep!!! Plus their employees hate their job and suck at what they do. This girl dragged her broom from my window all the way down my hood because she was too lazy to pick it back up. So disappointed.
