I would say one thing right off the bat I didn't like is that there are no automatic doors and the doors are heavy to whether which makes it really hard if you have a stroller or wheelchair. Was really shocked by this. Then, you can't bring any outside food and drink which I think is silly considering you have toddlers who snack nonstop and need water. Everything else though is really adorable and there is enough to do for a variety of age groups. Staff is friendly. Was a fun experience.

I understand that going on a weekend with bad weather probably contributed to how crowded it was since many families were likely looking for indoor activities, but that's still no excuse for how poorly things were managed. The place was completely overcrowded and there were barely any employees around to help manage anything. Most of the activities had ridiculously long lines, so we only got to do a couple of things before the kids got frustrated and tired. To make matters worse, the upstairs bathroom was disgusting. One of the toilets was clogged with feces floating in it, which is unacceptable for a place that caters to young children and families. At the end of our visit, my daughter wanted to make a point of telling them about all of the problems we experienced, so she asked to speak with customer service. The man we spoke to, whose role we weren't even sure of, simply said he was sorry to hear that and offered no real help or concern. For the amount of money they charge, they seriously need to limit the number of tickets they sell. They act like they manage capacity, but there's no way they do. Spending $140 for this experience felt like a complete waste of time and money. We definitely won't be coming back.
