I called the front desk and they quickly switched us to another room. The new one had a dehumidifier running. The towels were like cardboard, the shower water got nice and hot, and the complimentary breakfast was enough (waffles, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon, bread, mini muffins, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple and orange juice, dry cereals, and grits). We booked online for $159 for a Saturday night. I saw the rate $11 cheaper a few days before our trip. But couldn't change the reservation. When we checked out, we got charged the lower rate. But we already had been billed for the higher rate. So, I will have to dispute the charges with the credit card company. Would we stay here again? Yes, probably. It's not worth the price but I guess we are paying for the location.
