I've already made arrangements to pay them on 2/9/26, and then we are done with coastal. We are on a fixed income and this put a real hardship on us. Should have walked away when they presented the amount of money it required to purchase the Bi-Pap. But I felt they would work with us. The crazy thing and it might be a clerical error. But, it's becoming the norm with them. The email I received from them is one penny off. It says I owe more than was refunded back to me. Oh well it's over.
