Management will "retaliate" after employees take time off. Management will stalk you on social media. Management has taken to intimidation and or manipulation to have employees take on additional responsibilities (like key holder). NO opportunity to promote. Will NOT give a raise unless endlessly pestered into it and will belittle and guilt employees during negotiations for said raise. If management is upset with someone's "performance" they will cut their hours without any written or spoken notice and no communication on how or when they can be restored to full time. If you are a part time hire they will increase your hours without discussion or permission. Management has yelled at employee in front of customers. Management dislikes covering shifts even if employees have extenuating circumstances (including ailment/injury of self or family), instead they will attempt to guilt them into either staying at or coming into work.

And then they didn't have the information they needed, they didn't keep track of the glasses that they allegedly set aside for me, they didn't write any of the information down for me, I took photographs of even the earpieces with all the numbers on it but they did not take my measurements!!! What!!!!???? What!? I live over two hours away and told them I didn't want to come back in except to pick them up! If they needed more information, I measurement they should've taken it while I was there! They would never return my phone calls. The only way you can get through to a person is to call Premier switchboard and get transferred in because they don't accept outside calls. The best I could do is to get transferred to the answering machine which they do not reply to. The cashier did not have the fax number to fax in the prescription, said emails are not approved. She could not get the fax number for me anywhere or anytime. So I asked to be transferred to the Ophthalmologist and they had the wrong fax number. My eye doctor office had mercy on me and had to call to get the fax number and fax it in themselves! It can't be found anywhere online. Useless! Premier is Ridiculous! Horrible customer service! Not trust worthy and lazy! Doesn't pay attention to details. I couldn't get through to anybody who would take any responsibility it was a total nightmare I give up! I'm NOT working with them again. The men that installed it were confused, saying they have never had a dishwasher arrive without a handle. After checking all of my invoices, emails and messages, I found no communication about having to buy a handle. Now, Mobile Appliance will not pick up my phone calls and wants to charge me $300 for a handle. I have built and owned several houses and never had this much trouble with a dishwasher or small business. I like support local small businesses and typically they have better customer service than big box, chain stores. However, once again Lowes is the place to go! He was extremely helpful and made the process extremely easy. He called and updated every step of the way. There was a significant wait time due to delays related to COVID but this was expected. The refrigerator actually arrived sooner than anticipated and the men who arrived to deliver and set up the refrigerator were amazing! They called beforehand to ensure we had power (Hurricane Zeta) and showed up in a timely fashion for the delivery/installation. They were very careful navigating the refrigerator through the house and handled the installation with great care. I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism we experienced using Mobile Appliance. Now that everything is up and running, I have peace of mind that I am in good hands! Even if that was the end of the story, I would high recommend them, however the day I was supposed to return my tux, I was invited last minute to another ball, I called Jimmy and for a nominal fee, he gave me a fresh shirt in the same size, and told me to keep the tux another night.
