I am a telephone installer. I have purchased from this company before and never had an issue. This time, I had 1 phone out of 46 that was bad. I called to ask how to handle it. The man who answered the phone was abrupt and rude. Every time I said something he cut me off. I just wanted to return it and get another one sent out. Truly not a big deal. It happens with refurbed equipment. My customer also changed their mine about a different piece of equipment so I asked about returning it. He just said "no." I wasn't even sure he was talkinng to me since he replied in the middle of my question. So, I asked again about a return. Again he just said "no." He then repeated "no" three more times. I guess he wanted me to know just how much he did not want to talk to me. What an ASS!!! I have hundreds of legacy systems out there and I will take my business elsewhere in the future. Unfortunately, I have to echo the statements that this company sent me a defective phone, and then demands that we send it back to them on our dime. Seems like this happens quite a lot. Oh, and when they receive the phone and it has been verified by them as defective, there is no credit for shipping at all. I asked for a shipping label, I asked for a UPS account number, and was just told repeatedly "we don't do that, just send it back to us, that's what we've done for 30 years and it's not changing." Seems like there is quite the trend for them sending out defective products. Surprised that a company that has been around for 30 years doesn't take the time to test a phone before sending it out. read more

If this had a negative star option i would have chosen it. I sadly read these reviews too late. I wish i dealt with the woman named Melanie everyone talked about. I dealt with a man on the phone, one of the rudest individuals i have spoken to. I am a business owner for a spa of over eight years.( No background in phones) I asked very simple questions wanted to sell some old phones i had. The man told me to send them and they would send me back a check and cover shipping cost.( Very rudely ) However i wanted them gone so i said ok, took the address and sent them. I called back weeks later to follow up, man answered again and told me he refused to pay my total shipping cost! So in the end i lost out completely on the phones i sent. They are a total scam, and have horrible customer service. The business is a joke and i can not believe they have made it this far with him in charge. read more

I ordered phones from this business and they sent me the wrong phones even though the invoice clearly stated the phone type I requested. So I had to send them back and wait for the correct phones to come in. Not only did they send me out the wrong phone again They refused to take it back. The phone marked Nortel T7316e they sent out the second time was actually phone with the guts removed and changed and therefore would not work.
