I understand that this is common practice, as they're already configured for his TV's. Quality came out and got all 3 of our new TV's set up with the proper mounting hardware. If this system is not the worst, it is close to it. If you're thinking about STOP go somewhere else. They tie you up in a three-year contract, but they give you crappy service. In the 3 1/2 months we have had it we have no less than 15 service tickets and as I'm writing this I'm out. They made all kinds of promises to get me on board, but none kept. If you are in the market for a system stay away from Lightspeed unless you like losing money.
