The market itself is packed with tons of produce, goodies, and souvenirs, both inside and outside, including different flavored seasonal donuts, which were delicious! A little bit further down the street is the section with classic autumnal farm fun activities: corn mazes (two - including a mini one for the kids), pick your own produce (apples were ready at the time of our visit, and we enjoyed perusing the orchard), barrel ride, zip line, play area, and apple cannons, which were a blast! A variety of snacks are available for purchase at the snack shop. This area has its own parking available. Staff was helpful and friendly, and we had a lot of fun exploring and enjoying everything Lynd Fruit Farm has to offer.

I always buy Amish chicken from Kroger. They're the only chicken brand I buy in there, so to see this is where the supply comes from was confirmation I've been buying the right brand. They had a nice deal on leg quarters at the time. It was $10 for 10 lbs, which was a lot of meat! They had whole chickens available. You could choose between a 3 pound chicken or 5 lbs. The key here is they're normal size chickens because they don't have added hormones. They also sell chicken Italian sausage, chicken gizzards, whole duck, and more in the freezer section. There were a few beef options and it was the real color of beef...because there's nothing added to give it that false red color. I forgot to inquire about turkey products while I was there. I will definitely visit again.

The place looks tiny from the parking lot but it goes back for acres. The lady in the small produce market was very friendly and gave us directions to the apples that were ready to be picked, handed us a few bags, and we were on our way. I wish i knew that we could had driven back there since all we heard was 'it's a lovely walk.' It was a LONG but very nice walk. We passed a pear orchard, a nice small lake and a couple orchards before walking up a large hill to the far orchard where the corn and apples were waiting to be picked. Each bag she gave us was half a bushel and each (filled) is $10. If you dont fill a bag then it goes per pound. We got 2 bags of gala and cortland, and some pumpkin butter, and jams, and etc. This place has lots of stuff, not so cheap but worth it kind of stuff. $5.25 for a jar of blueberry jellies. We'll be back here for the many other fruits they have 'pick your own' for. The corn is also pick your own. They make their own products in the store too. I did not, however, see any cider. I have may been too early for that this year. I went very early in Sept. I have told friends about this place and all have loved it. The…read morecorn maze is the biggest part, plus there are apple cannons, bouncy houses, a wagon ride (you get to pick one apple,) a climbing wall, etc. As their website says, don't follow your GPS to the market- this is 1/4 mile or so west of it (and west of Rt. 310) on Morse. Plenty of big signs. Snack area there, or go to the market after. The website says $12 for the maze and $3 for wagon rides, so I figured we'd go on the wagon and then be able to play at the bouncy house, etc. Nope- all the play areas are part of the maze ticket. And you pay even if you don't do the stuff, so we paid $36 for the maze, which we didn't go in, so that K could go in the bouncy houses and on the barrel train, plus $9 total for a wagon ride. Kids under 3 are free, I think. Anyway. We sucked it up and paid a lot so K could have fun. She did. The guy doing the barrel train seemed to have as much fun as the kids, and it was a long ride. The bouncy houses seemed popular. There's also a big inflated "trampoline," some basketball hoops, and other play stuff. Attendants at most of them, friendly and helpful. Sigh. We'll probably be back, maybe with just one parent to save some money.
