Igor, Jen, Marocs and the rest of the B&W team are phenomenal! We took our then 2 month puppy, Taco, to them for their 2 week overnight boarding and training program. Before we took Taco to that, he was nipping, having to pee every hour, kept peeing on carpets. When he came back he no longer nipped, was fully house broken and crate trained, and stopped pulling on the leash as much. They also taught him some cool tricks! They emphasized that we had to keep up the training at home and demonstrated how, which was helpful. They've even made last minute visits to our apartment when we needed extra training advice. Since then, they have been our dog walkers for Taco every weekday. It's great because Taco gets to be around other dogs during the walk, which helps with the socialization. Also, they aren't clock watchers which really makes you know they care. I often find that Taco and some of the other pups get an extension on their one hour walk, likely to make sure they've all pooped and peed. Where other companies start the clock from the moment they walk in the door, they don't. It's more about the dogs actually being together and being outside walking. We also had Taco go on their upstate hiking trip with them, where they sent picture and video updates. He looked like he had such a blast that I got jealous I didn't go! Taco is now 6months and we couldn't be more at ease knowing hiw reliable and deidcated they are. And even though it was giving me heart palpitations to leave her for five days, I asked for advice from my friend whose the highest maintenance and least price sensitive when it came to his dog's care. But Igor and Jennifer handled him completely calmly and professionally and worked with us for about a week to ease him into the walking routine.
