The company is well run and organized, making it easy to reschedule, add or cancel walks as needed based on our schedule. On top of that, whenever I've reached out to them to request a change or with an update in routines they are extremely accommodating and reply with almost inhuman speed (it's really impressive ). Claire has been walking my pups for two years and I truly cannot speak more highly of her. When we first started working with her, I had a 12 year old dog and a 10 month old dog. She was so good at juggling both of their needs, which were drastically different. Once my older dog passed, Claire was so, so patient with my younger dog, who was really struggling with the loss of the older dog. After that, she helped us tremendously when we got a new puppy and all with the potty training and other challenges that go along with that. My dogs are large rescue dogs (which presents its own set of challenges on the upper east side) and, therefore, I was always nervous about letting anyone else walk them -- one pup is a ball of anxiety that is constantly trying to fling himself into traffic to escape umbrellas and the other pup is a social butterfly that is constantly trying to fling herself into the arms of unsuspecting strangers.
