I called and was told that the return had to be completed within 15 days. At no time was I told that they only accept exchange or store credit. I went to the store and they pointed to a small typewritten paper on the counter with the return policy. Unfortunately this store does not carry anything in xxl so there was not even anything I could exchange it for. I would have been forced to purchase a bunch of "stuff" that I did not want or need. This policy is absolutely the worst way of doing business. I did not come back months later and I had the receipt with me. This feels like a bait and switch policy and I would suggest no go to this store unless you are sure you want what you buy. My sister in law was with me and I exchanged the shirt for one in her size. She is the only person that was happy today.

Their selection makes western wear look cool and stylish. There were definitely items in there I wanted to buy. They had some gorgeous clothes for women. Styles to put wranglers as a shame. These clothes are authentic and yet made of great quality fabrics and materials. I don't think I've ever seen a greater selection of cowboy boots for women and kids. The price goes from about $2000 all the way down to $200. So there's something for everyone. The clothing line for women is very western as you would expect. But the quality is absolutely amazing. Service is really funny. The people waiting on you are definitely a throwback from a different era. They most certainly aren't used to servicing women like me, but they did so graciously with a smile.
