I called and spoke to Angie on Monday, 12/22/25, and needed a shirt embroidered for a Christmas present by Wednesday. I took the shirt in and talked to Lexi since Angie wasn't in the office. She said they could have it done by Tuesday, the next day. Lexi took pictures of the shirt I was wearing since the logo and name were in the correct place, and I wanted them duplicated on the new shirt. (great move). The store itself is just a print/embroidery shop, so don't expect to buy things, but it's a great working space. Street parking is metered, so park in the back and walk around. My order was ready on time as promised. My experience was enjoyable, and both ladies provided excellent customer service. I've been using this company to embroider my company shirts for several years. The work is pretty good and get's done when they say it will. They are a bit on the expensive side though. We started a new company and needed to have our shirts screen printed. I went in a talked with an older man (maybe the owner) he said "no problem" we can do this for you, I asked for a quote and a sample, he said he would email it to me. I waited days and then reached out to him via email. They never responded. I called on the phone and spoke with him, told him that I emailed him (he could care less) and he said he would get me a quote - NEVER DID AGAIN! I GUESS THEY ARE JUST TOO BUSY TO TAKE ON ANYMORE WORK - SAD THAT I AM A REPEAT CLIENT AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. I will take ALL my work elsewhere. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. I hope the readers take my review seriously and never frequent this establishment. I normally do not take customer service that seriously and never let it sway my opinion enough to write a bad review, however my experience here was so horrible. On my first visit, there was nobody in the store to hardly even greet me. I had to find an older man, who I now know as the owner, tucked away in a corner who could hardly bother lifting up his head to help me. Later, I hear him making a comment that next time I should bring my mother in with me. Uh, excuse me? Yeah I look young but does that give you any right to make comments like that? He made several comments about me needing adult supervision. I'm 26. It was uncalled for but I didn't comment. Today on my visit, I had an extremely important phone call that I picked up while I was being helped. Apparently ROLAND, the owner, felt like it was his duty to teach me a lesson that picking up the phone is rude, so he continued to stand in front of me and mock me during my entire phone call and talk about me as if I wasn't right in front of him. when I got off he walked away and continued to talk loudly to himself in a different room about how rude I was. Although I understand that it is rude, it was an extremely important phone call, and I don't think it's necessary to be mocked in front of my face and that it was appropriate of RONALD to show so much disrespect to a paying customer. Especially after he had made comments about me the first visit. It was extremely insulting. You don't try and teach someone a lesson on being RUDE by mocking them and speaking badly about them in front of their face as if they're not there. I hope nobody has to work with him ever again. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. This place is a joke for screen printing work. They botched a 1-color screen printing job on 72 shirts and wouldn't make good on any of them. A 1-color job is basic screen-printing 101, Folks. The print on the shirts cracked after 1 washing and then would wear down and fall off. It's utterly unacceptable. When I brought the shirts in to show them, they wouldn't even listen to me, let alone offer any kind of remediation or solution. I'm out all the money, and I'm stuck with a bunch of useless shirts that I have to give away (with a disclaimer that the design will crack up and fall off). Don't go here unless you want to throw away your time, money, and energy. BE WARNED! read more

I have been getting uniforms here for as long as I can remember. I have used the silkscreen and embroidery and found them both a great deal for the price. Remember, you get what you pay for! Rollin was very helpful, generous, and timely in getting the job done. He was easily able to match the brand, style, and color to get additional shirts in larger sizes. Our Team Julie shirt (with her picture) is for an ovarian cancer walk/run fundraiser. The white paint pops on the aqua shirts. I'm sure our team will love the results as much as I do! read more
