While I know that not every problem will be as clear and simple as our (baby sock stuck in water pump), but I was grateful that I didn't have to play games or do a run around with the company on price, time, service, etc. Bay is a family run business and they treated my family as a family, and not an opportunity to make some money. Its a 17 year old Maytag refrigerator and this is the first time we had an issue with it so we're hoping to get another 17 years out of it.
