Our dryer was built in 1982, so when it stopped heating we thought it might be time to run out to the appliance store and buy a new one. Truth: they don't make 'em like they used to. We called Eugene and within 2 hours he showed up, replaced the fuse and confirmed that our reliable 1982 dryer is better than the new ones coming out of the big box stores. The owner sent his brother down to fix an oven that only worked sporadically, after that it didn't work at all. Then said that the $150 that was paid in the fall would be applied to the labor to fix the stove in the spring. When he was contacted to set up an appointment in the spring he never showed up to the appointment. When he was contacted again about the no show he said there was an emergency and set up another appointment. The owner then contacted us to set up the service fee that would be charged but was reminded that it was paid in the fall, he then never showed or answered a phone call or text. He completely ghosted me. 10/10 don't recommend this company. read more

So Eugene fixed my dryer with a used part. he was prompt and was able tot take care of the issue ... however since he was using a used part I asked him what is the guarantee that this would not stop working. He gave us a 30 day warranty and stated if this stopped working he would order a new part and fix it free of charge. The dryer worked for exactly a week and then stopped working. I reached out and he informed he will contact after ordering the part He did text that he has the part but has not answered any of my texts or given me a time. my husband and I tried to purchase a refurbushed washer and dryer. Eugene was quick to respond and meet up for the sale to take place. His ad guaranteed a 30 day warranty. 3 loads of laundry later, the washer did not empty and flooded our wash room in the basement. The machine would not turn on to drain it. We contacted him and he said he would come service the machine and gave us one option for time that did not work for us. no response was received again after multiple attempts to reach out on our part. Eugene showed up promptly. Sent one of his tech to fix one of the three issues with my fridge. Then sent another tech from another company to fix 2nd issue from my fridge, then ghosted me on the final issue of my fridge even though he texted me that he had the parts. Eugene was great, very upfront and honest! I emailed him to have him check my refrigerator, it turned on but it wasn't getting cold. He responded right away and was able to come and look at it same day!! He texted me his expected arrival time and arrived when he said he would be here. Unfortunately my compressor was shot. Instead of ordering the part and charging me for labor he let me know that a repair would cost me as much as a new fridge.
