If anyone is considering using their services, hopefully, these consistent negative reviews will help you make a decision to pick another vendor. LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS LIARS Q - What happens AT&T when you outsource and off-shore your customer service department? A - You get a lot of pissed off customers that will flock to your competitors. I am now one of them. Despicable treatment by a group of totally untrained, uneducated, incompetent L I A R S First call 10/17 - This is where I lost 51 minutes of my life trying to explain an issue to their incoherent representatives. First Eileen who was totally useless. Then her 'supervisor', Jasmine who guaranteed me I would receive an email from someone on their tech team within 72 hours, Ticket #1-236907879796R2. It sounded far-fetched, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. 10/24 - As anticipated, no response. Called again and spoke with Sierra who again, was of no use. I asked to AGAIN speak with a supervisor. After waiting for 1 hour 27 minutes (stupid me) with her coming back on the line every so often to assure me that the supervisor was coming, she disconnected the call. I guess that was her way of letting me know that a supervisor wouldn't be coming after all. Right back at you AT&T/DirectTV. Tomorrow, it's my turn and I will be one to hit the disconnect button and terminate your services.

    I am so disappointed in this service. I had no service for 2 weeks and they would not compensate…read moreme. This is the worst internet service I have ever incounted, canceled my service and they still billed me after I discontinued my service with them. I can't get anyone down there too help me all they want is your money even if your service is out. I do not recommend this service. customer service is horrible and so isn't the services they provide. I refuse too pay them money for not having service when towers were down. I know they will put me through collections, and believe me I will tell the collectors why I refuse too pay them a full month of service I didn't have because they were working on the towers. I will fight this with collections. They are trying too get away with stealing my money. Their services are always down for some reason or another and all you get from customer service is they are working on the towers. Why do I owe you money for what services. BEWARE!!! Good People.

So then, I find out that, I'm unable to place calls in the state, I reside in not anywhere else in the United States. Your mostly run around in circles no one will help you or give you a straight answer. Then after 6 months of trying to get my service repaired. The customer service says we'll give you a deal on a new phone that's the problem you need the new 5G. So, I thinking this will resolve the problem buy a $1200.00 new phone. Then the new cellphone Bravado Wireless service still doesn't work. I call customer service agent she yells at me hangs up and I'm only asking about the phone & service this customer service agent hung up on 4 times. I had to call again and attempt to find a good customer service agent at Bravado Wireless. There's also no online support to email them or chat about your problems. Ever time, I turn around to use my cellphone There's no service. And currently, my service isn't working again its been several days. I was with Sprocket Wireless not one problem in 8 years then Bravado Wireless bought them out. Then constantly all this time, I've been with nothing but problems and rude customer service agent. I search online it says theirs several celebrities invested in Bravado Wireless not sure if this is true. Also Bravado Wireless has a terrible turn over with its store people and customers service agents. An customer service agent one day is helping you and says they'll call you back with answers. No one ever calls you call and ask for that customer service agent and they no longer work there. You have to start all over again and still it may take 2 weeks to 5 weeks before they get the issue fixed. I ask a customer service agent for a contact number for a Bravado Wireless supervisor so, I could try to get help once. I was told there is no one else or no other phone number for you to call for assistance or to file a complaint with the company. BEWARE WARNING!!!! FIND ANOTHER CELLULAR SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S HORRIBLE!!!!
