A previous fix by someone else had broken a drain plug on my back end so K&J welded a bolt onto the broken piece, replaced the rounded off bolts, and replaced just the leaking panel. Yesterday, on my way grocery shopping, I realized that one of my tires was loosing air. I called my…read morecar dealer who told me I needed to make an appointment. To drive with a tire that is rapidly loosing air that is not the answer you want to hear. So I remembered Dupy's and quickly drove to him. I just stopped by, no appointment. Since I needed the car that day I asked if he could just put the spare on and then keep the tire to check and either fix it or order new ones. He told me driving with a spare is not very safe and he would check it right now. Even though they clearly had work, he immediately took my car, removed the tire, checked it, fixed it and within 10 minutes I was ready to go on with my day! And that all for an amount I would easily pay for lunch at my favorite coffee shop. Thank you Dupy! That service and professionalism is only rare to find these days. I am so impressed and highly recommend them.

I dropped off the car first thing in the morning, saying, "Inspect the air conditioning, do oil and lube, and inspect all systems." The guy wrote it down. As I picked up the car at the end of the day, I looked at the invoice. They hadn't taken a look at the air conditioning at all. Nothin'. Nada. Duh! Air conditioning had been at the top of the list. How could have possibly have missed AIR CONDITIONING unless they were illiterate⁉ They essentially had done nothin' worth anything that day, and charged me for doin' nothin'. They weren't even apologetic. I was not a happy camper. I was new in town, didn't know anyone so -- fool that I was,-- I gave them another chance. They didn't do any better the second time around. According to my experience, they charged me a pretty penny for doing doodly-squat. Do I recommend them? Not on your life. Not a chance. They s_ck -- is that strong enough wording? I categorize them as "incompetent thieves." Move on. Find another shop. I can say unequivocally that Gary's Wille's was the worst vehicle repair shop I have ever gone to. I would give them "zero stars" if I could (or even a negative rating, like "minus 5"). This shop doesn't deserve one star, but Yelp requires a rating, so fine, one f'in' star.
