Accepts towing jobs to steal cars one minute beyond parking time limit and offers no proof of even violating the time limit. Does not contact owner nor even work with the city or property landlord to inform car owner of his theft. One must go on quest to get their car before it is too late to get back home. I arrived around 6:15 pm on a Wednesday night after a long day at work, grocery shopping, and getting a large screw stuck in the center of my tire. They were all very friendly and willing to help. A large family in an extended van arrived with a flat shortly after I did. They were willing and able to tend to the families oversized van after my flat repair. They towed my truck directly from the parking spot I pay for at 9 in morning before some resurfacing that they hadn't even started yet then charged $279 and a special cash discount of 10 whole dollars. Asked for a possible drop in price and was met with response befitting of Mr. Piss; rude and unprofessional. read more

Tony and his wife added me as the last stop on a very long day for them. My poor car has what the info screen calls a "drivetrain malfunction". it's driving so rough that I don't trust the info screen saying it's drivable, so it needed to get towed to Dunn's. Tony called about 1/2 hour before they arrived and had the car up and ready to go in just a few minutes. I truly appreciate them fitting me into their busy Saturday schedule. This is a newer business. About three years now in 2014. My car broke down nearby and was able to contact this business right away. They were able to look at my car the next day and did a great job on repairing it. Good prices and quick work. It is a bit hard to find. They are tucked behind the yellow building and their garage is on the southeast corner of the building. read more

Unprofessional and unreliable. Tony's was supposed to tow my car 2.3 miles to get a flat repaired - they were an "approved" towing service for my roadside assistance coverage. They first said it would take about 1hour for them to arrive. I called after an hour passed, and they told me it would be another 45minutes. My roadside assistance company called to check the time and he told them it would be another HOUR! We cancelled the service with Tony's as they were completely unprofessional and unapologetic for it. read more

This place is ok, they don't try to up sell you on things you don't need and the prices are reasonable. I would have given a higher rating if I didn't have to bring my car back to have them fix things they should have caught initially. Their hours are business hours so getting off work multiple times to bring my car back is inconvenient. Also, the last time I called them and left a message they didn't return my call. I would go back but I will also be looking for a place that pays a little more attention to detail and has better customer service. read more
