Friend suggested checking Discount out. Discount outperformed in literally every aspect. 1. Online. Prompt, excellent, helpful service -- in spite of buggy computer. 2. Recently I went in for air, complaining one tire was consistently reading down on my dashboard. I was concerned! The worker found a nail in it. I was just going to get it fixed then got to thinking these tires are original and have 60,000 miles on them. Maybe I better buy all new tires?! I started talking to the sweet manager and because of their past kindnesses to me, I gave them the sale! They put them right on. I didn't even have an appointment! Never have I felt I've been taken advantage of, and the cost of repairs have always been very reasonable, if not lower than expected. I recently brought my car in because I didn't want to find the leak in the tire myself and deal with it, but for years, I didn't know if they could fix the problems I've had. Andy went above the call numerous times, found the answers and took care of the problems. This place really deserves to be bigger but it's nice that its quiet and I can get in quickly. I was too annoyed by dealing with my flat tire to argue. I asked if it had good tread and was a similar tread pattern. He said oh yeah and said he put it in a bag to keep my car dry. When I got home to put my tire on, it was uneven tread and not even remotely similar. Also, I looked at my receipt and he charged me $13 for lifetime rotation and balance!?! Why in the heck would I want that for a crappy used tire!?!? WILL NOT EVER RETURN! Unfortunate because I had bought a few sets here and have sent friends.
