Not always open and phone calls always go unanswered very frustrating yet they do a good job cleaning torn between them

I had originally posted an elaborate review, but Yelp deleted it somehow.... So here's the abbreviated version: Scott was extremely helpful. They were booked out on full details (interior/exterior). But they had a last minute cancellation the next day and called me up to fit me in. I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. Scott even drove from him his home back to work after hours to give me keys since I was running late. The job was pretty immaculate. All the nooks and tight spaces were taken care of and it looks like I had just bought the car again. They seem to be a very detail oriented, customer pleasing business. Would definitely return and recommend family and friends to get their detailing done here. It cost $195 (I tipped) which is a great deal as most would know that this level of detail would cost at least $75-100 more Olay other locations. Employee damaged my car. Said nothing until I questioned him about it. Had me fill out a form to document. Zero contact afterwards. They never answer the phone. Read the other reviews and run from this place. Lost customer forever. read more

I had a $195. detail job which was to include a hand wax but never received the wax job except for the wax thru the auto wash. I ended up doing it myself and it was slick with wax when I got done. It wasn't slick before I waxed it. It was clean but no protection!!!!! read more

Terrible Service! When you get a membership and "think" you cancelled it, they continue to charge your card multiple times in one month! You end up playing phone tag with the owners about getting a refund. Even you have credit card statements showing you purchased an individual car wash after thinking you cancelled your membership. Please do not get a membership, the hassle isn't worth the $40 a month! read more

I have used this car wash for a few years since it is close to my bank. However, the last several times I have times I have experienced poor customer service from the blue shirts! The attitude of the "manager" and "owner" is not professional and businesslike. I will take my business else where. read more

I have taken 3 separate cars through this wash over the last few years. I have always found the services excellent, and the prices fair. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. I have used all levels of their wash packages over the years, quick wash in winter, and premium in the warmer months with great results. Its a shame only people who are dissatisfied leave reviews on this site. I dont think the business is getting a fair shake. I will be happy to continue to utilize them every time I am in town!! read more

I thought I bought the highest quality wash you could by at this place ; well it wasn't cheap . I was glad to see the employees scrubbing and pre washing your car before you pull in . I was like ok my car is going to shinning . I was fooled . At the end of the day the quality of the wash was bad. I run my 2019 truck through this car wash weekly. The staff is great and pay attention to detail while doing their pre-wash, I always make sure to give them a tip for their good work. It's so convenient to pull up and punch in the wash I want and drive right through! My truck comes out squeaky clean everytime. I have been going to the place for about 4 years now as a constant customer about 3 -4 times a month. Today I heard something in the wash hit the side of my car and move it. It was when the brushes were going by the side. When I got out to check my car it had a dent in my new '12 Mustang door. I explained what happened and they said there is nothing in that could have caused it but it moved my car and a dent is there that wasn't before. They said the sign out front said they are not responsible for any damage. Thought it was a good place but I wont go ever again. read more

Not a bad place. Went here for a full interior and exterior detail after reading the review below and wasn't disappointed. $128 for a full package for a car I think $150 for SUV or truck. They had one guy doing the entire thing but he only took about 3 hrs. Vacuumed the inside, shampooed the carpets and seats, waxed the outside and did a pretty good job. My experience at this carwash was horrible. The automatic wash left scratches on my tailgate. When I spoke to the manager he did nothing to rectify the situation. He just said it's not their fault and they will not fix it. Bad carwash and even worse customer service. read more

Took my Acura RDX and came out with three dents on my roof and two scratches. For those of you that are not aware, this is a small cross over SUV. I have never had probs with drive-thru car washes. Customers beware! Def do NOT recommend this establishment. read more

The place is in the southern edge of Vandalia, nowhere near Huber Heights. I went there thinking it would be a full service wash. It is not. It is an exterior only wash that offers pay vacuums for the customer to use themselves. I find this to be glorified gas station car washes but more expensive. The car wash was decent but only blow dryers to dry the car, then you leave. I'm not a big fan of riding through the car wash either. When I got home, I re-washed my car. Drips had ran out of all of the crevices because it wasn't hand dried. I had to remove the bugs off the front of my car, wipe my rims off, clean my own windows, vacuum the car myself and wipe off the dash. I paid the same that I do at full service car washes. This is the same as a Shell Gas Station Car wash or Mike's. I was very unhappy. There are still car washes around that offer full service. This was a waste of money, I didn't like my experience at Imperial Car Wash, but it was better than this. read more
