I asked the woman to rinse the container she refused. I then asked to speak to the manager and he was apologetic and agreed to rinse the container to make my son's smoothie. I was also told there are not cleaned until the end of the weekend and that was the reason for denial. Do better .

Hamilton County Communications is the heart of the Hamilton County 911. Centrally located, the…read morecenter is responsible for all the 911 calls made in the county. Operators at the center spend about a year on specialized training to assist the community. My children and I attended a field trip at the center. On top of the important job that they preform, the center conducts various educational programs that they present to the communities located within Hamilton County. The program we attended included a PowerPoint presentation about what constitutes as an emergency, and what information is needed when calling for help. They explained how to be looking out, and what information may lead to the apprehension of a suspect. Children learned about what to do for emergencies involving people being injured, and emergencies that are criminal based. The presenter was very supportive/ welcoming of the children's questions. Attendees were able to hear some 911 calls. This drove home to the kids the importance of staying calm, and knowing their personal information.The visit ended with a tour of the call center. We all left with a greater understanding of the way 911 works.

I didn't realize any of the Cincinnati library locations were open on Sundays. This is a game…read morechanger. We were unable to attend a performance by the Know Theater at our local branch. Our local librarian informed us that there were a few additional preferences still to come. She gave me a flyer, and highly recommended we check it out. The final preferences was at the Sharonville branch... on a Sunday. At first I though it was a misprint. Not only did we get to enjoy the preferences, we got to check out another branch. We interacted with two employees during our visit. The first directed us to the meeting room the preference was being held in. We were directed with a smile. Once in the meeting room, another librarian welcomed us, and informed us of upcoming library events. Along with the usual selection of books, this branch also has several meeting rooms. As any branch in the Cincinnati Public Library system, books may be transferred from any other branch to the branch of your choosing. The library is located next to the Sharonville Community Center, and across from a park.
