I was billed for an invoice and for a monitoring service that did not function. My calls to obtain results went unanswered. As a result, I stopped paying for a service that was not working. The account was subsequently turned over to collections, despite my continued attempts to contact both the company and the collection agency. I am now facing a lawsuit for over $6,000.
