After the last time that she had left and returned for the session, I noticed a God aweful, Disgusting smell coming from her. My guess was that she had somehow shat herself. I should have gotten up and discontinued my session right there and then. To my absolute disgust I realized that her hands and forearms had been all over my body ( not private parts of course) for the last hour while she was completing the massage. upon checking out, the girl at the front desk stated that the therapist had a case of diarrhea. OMG what a health hazzard, exposing me to possible viruses. I immediately went home and Scrubed my body. My lesson is this... if you have a gut feeling that something is way off... follow your gut. The staff member refused to give me privacy to change, staring at me while I undressed. She then proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my age and body, comparing me to her grandson in a shaming way saying I'm skinny and 15even tho I'm 24&her grandson is 23. To make matters worse, she took a phone call during my massage and discussed "special services" right after telling me massage only and pricing ($150/hr) right in front of me using industry shorthand. It felt very sketchy and unprofessional. The massage itself was poor--only the back was worked on. Despite the "new management" claims, this place feels unprofessional and suspicious.
