Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Don't need to get into the details, but it was a strongly worded non-consumer friendly contract. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro!

The woman that came really did not seem knowledgeable. There was no explanation of what they were going to do or how . She didn't even walk around the outside of the house and in her report she said we had no sofit vents. WRONG ! We certainly do. They may do good work but we certainly will never know. For a $6,000 difference I would definately not recommend them.

I can tell you about many shortcuts they took that have cost me significantly. My neighbors have all had the same problems. Their responsiveness was not great at the time of the build and it plummeted to zero after the job was done. I, or my neighbors, have had to replace porches, roofing, decks, structural supports and windows to name a few of the major things. I can feel cold air around the gas fireplace actually blowing in from the outside. There must not be any insulation around it. As problems have occurred, attempts to contact the company got no response. Any initial contact was just to inquire about something in an effort to determine how to fix whatever it was. I certainly would expect things to need fixing over the years but the quality of their work goes way beyond typical wear and tear. They really deserve zero stars for a rating.
