So first, a woman that used to do a wonderful dessert bar for private parties, mentioned hearing that they were fabulous. Then I checked them out online, and decided to go with them for a dessert bar type thing at my wedding in addition to the traditional cake. I just want to say, I was not disappointed at all! Lisa responded to me right away and got me booked for August 5 & right away we picked the package that suited what I thought I wanted. First I attended my friends daughters grad party in June & they had used Butter & Batter as well! The cookie cart was adorable and the cookies were delicious! Right then, I knew I'd made the right choice. They made it super easy too. A few weeks prior to the wedding, I picked 6 different scoop flavors. That was the hardest part because there were so many choices. I also had chosen custom Disney type sugar cookies and lemon bars, cookie bars, & brownies for my desert area. It was no headache and Lisa was super nice. Then on the day of, they came and arranged all the desserts around the cake, and did the entire setup of the cookie cart. I didn't have to do anything and it was ready for when guests entered the reception. They asked early on what I wanted my sign to be like on the cart and I chose a Disney quote from Beauty & The Beast and wanted Disney writing and a blue shade (because my colors were different shades of blue)with our names and wedding date. They had the customized sign done and it was literally perfect and I got to take it home after! At the end of the wedding, they came and disassembled it all, boxed my cookies and I got to take the rest home, with my sign. But they did an incredible job and I didn't have to do anything. It was all very beautiful and matching and my sign matched the custom cookies perfectly too! Aside from that, it was the perfect touch to the wedding and everyone enjoyed the cookies and goodies. They're delicious! They did a beautiful job and it added to the magical day! I would totally use them again! Take aways: they made it easy and simple, delicious and beautiful desserts, coordinated with the rest of my design & colors, were kind and polite, did setup & tear down, did exactly as I'd hoped but better, & made my wedding stand out.
