    Owner on Facebook

sold me a defective labubu and refused to offer a refund. When I opened the box, its head was severed from its body!! Told me to contact Pop Mart to resolve it, Pop Mart said it must be resolved by S&A. A month later, today, they've decided to just give me $30 off the next Labubu I buy from them, not even store credit. They already markup the labubus more than twice the retail value, so it doesn't amount to much. They then proceeded to retaliate and talk rudely to me on instagram after my friend gave them a negative review. Completely disappointed. This behavior isn't new for the owner. On Facebook he has cussed out people who left negative reviews. Was my favorite store in the mall. Will never shop here again. My 1st graders can give better customer service. Do not spend your money at shit & ass collectibles!

Called to inquire about buying a box of Pokemon 151 cards since, I was there recently and bought a couple individual packs. I asked if I could buy a whole box. Owner tried to tell me they don't make a box of cards. Surprise! They do, not sure why he lied and gave me a bigger attitude. I asked where he got the cards from and refused. Not sure what is the point of being rude, petty, and a liar.

I went during closing and I got two Funko pops supposed to be $14 but I got them for four. Also desk keeper is really cool. He'll help you with anything.

Beware of purchasing trading cards from this business. I have purchased trading cards from this business in the past and had no issue of resealing of trading cards until the other day when my wife and kids came home with a box of NBA trading cards that had been open and gone through. I would highly recommend staying away from purchasing trading cards or just beware that they might have been gone through and resealed.

Soooo many things for collectors or even people who enjoy unboxing and playing with the toys. The staff is nice and allow you to roam around freely without hassling you or attempt to make a bargain which is great compared to other collector stores .

The packs were resealed and I ended up finding hot glue on the side. BEWARE of overpriced resealed products!

I figured the packs were resealed and I ended up finding hot glue on the side which I normally haven't seen with other official Pokemon products. BEWARE of the overpriced resealed products!

I'm pretty torn what to give an overall rating here since my experience is pretty mixed. I'm more of a 3.5/5 than 4/5. Overall the store owner & his wife is pretty nice, & they do make an effort to host monthly events where other vendors come to sell Pops, Cards, & other collectibles! I truly do enjoy these events. The owner can come off a bit brash if he's in a bad mood, but he can also be very kind & patient as I've experienced both. While they don't really have a wide selection of single cards, they have an amazing selection of Pops from Disney, Animation, Sports, & anything you can really think of as well as certain Chase Pops that can be super difficult to find. They also do sell Japanese Pokemon Card Booster Boxes/Packs like Eevee Heroes & of course things sometimes are marked up a lot higher if its a Popular Item. Most common sets like Chilling Reign & Battle Styles are retail MSRP. During Pokemon TCG release days, they sell BBs for pretty reasonable prices along with the promotional items! There are item limits to ensure people get a chance at product Overall if you don't agree with the price, just look somewhere else honestly, most collectible stores these days are pretty much using TCGPlayer MarketPrice or Ebay etc, so its definitely hard to find a great deal. Overall, don't take any attitude too personally from here, but hopefully you can find what you're looking for at a great price.

They have TONS of Funko Pops

Omg this place is every Funko Pop Fanatics dream!! I'm so glad this place has opened up permanently in the mall. This is what a real toy collectible store should be and look like. Once you walk in you can't help but be enticed by the HUGE wall of popular and hard to find Funko Pops! They are very reasonably priced, usually between $7-$12 unless they are limited edition or exclusives then those will be a bit higher. They have a huge variety and you're guaranteed to find what you're looking for, they also have a locked case which holds the Pops that have been vaulted and are rare and those run anywhere from $40-$200 such as the Michael Jackson Pops. There is also a nice selection of collectible Barbies and dolls, wrestling figures along the back wall. They have tons of Star Wars collectibles, sports memorabilia, trading cards and other rare items. Guaranteed you will not walk out of there empty handed, you will find something that is just too amazing to pass up. I'm not sure if it's every week or how frequent it is but they have Funko Pop Trade Night where they have tables set up and people bring their collections to either trade or sell, I've seen some really good ones. The customer service here is wonderful, they are so helpful and informative and will try their best to help you find what you're looking for or at least give you information. They are also very knowledgeable about the items that they sell. This my go to place for Funko Pops and I'm hoping they stick around for a long time!

There's no place more real and honest than S&A Collectibles. Self guided take your time and look around you might find a gem to two. If you need help ASK, please don't stare with a blank face. Pricing is very competitive compared to online and other retailers. One of the biggest selection of Funko Pops in the Bay Area alone. And always having incoming product whether that be Funko or other collectibles. Card selection is always growing stay up to date by following @s_a_collectibles on Instagram. I've been coming here since they've opened and will continue to.

Hello, I was curious if you buy Bulks of common and some exclusive funko pops for PPG? thank you

Are they located in Niles or Newpark mall? Yelp says Newpark Mall yet store signage says Niles...anyone know?

We have closed our Niles location and are located at Newpark Mall.

Since I…read moreneeded the gift immediately, I didn't mind paying a little more (compared to online prices) and I ended up paying about $235 for an N64 console + 1 controller + 1 game + cables. When I checked out, they gave me a "receipt" but it was just a blank paper with a QR code and a handwritten invoice number. (The QR code led to a broken website that asked for your person information and didn't go anywhere.) I was hoping for a more reliable receipt that included the item prices (just in case I needed to come back and return it), so I went back to ask them to print out another receipt with the item prices. I was glad they were able to print one for me, but if they could print regular receipts the whole time, I'm confused why they bothered doing the QR code thing? The employee told me that I could return everything within a few days for a full refund, but the receipt I got said that everything was final sale. I was basically just taking their word for it at that point. The N64 gift didn't work out, so I returned 3 days later to return everything. The employee running the store ran into a dilemma: the register had just enough cash to refund my item, but refunding me would only leave $20 in the register. They actually called the manager about this, and the manager gave instructions not to issue my return. The employee asked me to come back in a few days because they'd "probably have more money by then" (??) so I left, hoping for better luck another day. I returned 2 days later and luckily, I was able to return my items for a full refund. The whole process was very tiresome and really unprofessional. I could tell the employees were frustrated too bc the register system had just changed and they struggled to process during my return. They seemed very unhappy working here. Had a bad experience overall. If you come here, only get something if you don't plan on making any returns because the whole process wasn't worth it.

The worker inside was super friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated being able to browse at my own pace. The store is owned by The Record Man next door, which focuses more on vinyl records, so it's a nice combo if you're into all kinds of physical media. There's a small parking lot between the two shops which makes it convenient to check out both in one stop.
