I don't think there's ever been a time where this place has let me down. I've been buying flowers with them probably almost a year now and very faithfully whether it'll be a pickup or delivery. The bouquet was initially delivered to the wrong address.When it finally showed up, the flowers were **wilted**, some were **broken**, and the arrangement looked nothing like the beautiful display advertised on their website. To make matters worse, customer service was **unresponsive** and dismissive when I reached out. They refused to take any accountability and instead blamed me.For the price I paid, I expected fresh, vibrant flowers and reliable service--what I got was the opposite. This was probably my easiest and most convenient florist experience ever. I last minute wanted to order same day, flower delivery, and happened to notice that the shop appeared on Postmates. I called the shop ahead of time to see if they could combine two of the smaller bouquets to make one very large bouquet, and they were very accommodating. I was also able to add a personal note via the florist but still do the order and delivery via Postmates. The beautiful bouquet arrived within about an hour of ordering, and it was a great size and super pretty. read more

I'll start off with they are very nice, and I ordered them via Doordash (for a friend who suffered an unexpected loss - I saw the store when ordering lunch to be sent to her and decided to send flowers too) and maybe that makes a difference when there's a 3rd party involved in the order. I ordered The Elegant Bush - I liked how neat the arrangement looked and the soothing colors. What was received didn't look like what I expected. The people at the store were very nice when I called, and I realize that a different vase will give it a different feel...but the final arrangement looked unkempt and it was not...elegant. I don't think this is a reason to NOT purchase from here, but I do think maybe ordering via doordash wasn't a good idea - maybe that hindered communications. Maybe they would have called me and let me know that the vase for the arrangement wasn't in stock and I could have picked something else. But it just looks like flowers were haphazardly stuck into the vase...which is something I could do with a bunch of flowers from Vons. ‍ The store's suggestion was to just trim the arrangement, and maybe it'll look better then. Did they create an arrangement that was delivered? Yes, but I was disappointed to see what was sent for the cost. read more

I wanted to give this well deserved review to this wonderful shop! I was so worried and prepared I was going to get skimpy flowers like most flower delivery services do. But to my surprise, this arrangement came out so beautiful and full for the price for the standard option, the picture does no justice! (there is standard, premium and deluxe) my suegra also thought they were so beautiful! They also have free delivery for Pomona delivery which was a plus and deliver within 2-3 hours! I ordered an arrangement yesterday online then I called the store to make sure that I could pick up the arrangement BEFORE WORK..... "No problem"! Well it's a problem if your store is not open at it's posted time of 8am. The doors finally opened at 8:55 and I was able to pick up the arrangement. It was amazing! The lady who answered the phone at the shop was nice and you can also order on there website. The only thing is the delivery person sent a notification that they were delivered when they weren't delivered yet and I had to call because my niece hadn't received them yet and I got worried but when I called the lady said he was on his way and was delivering them within 10 to 15 mins. They did get the flowers I just wish they would send the notification when the actual flowers were delivered but other then that the service and flowers are pretty good. Just purchased the "Rose bear" through DoorDash and was so excited for the product to come as it was a birthday surprise! When the bear arrived it was very evident the bear was not made of real roses. It cost $85 so I assumed it would be real. My mother always told me, don't assume it makes an ass out of u and me. Should have taken her advice! I now have a fake bear that will be going in the trash because it doesn't do the same thing as a REAL Rose Bear would do (smell pretty, look cool and unique, ya know...the reason you would get a flower bear ). I wanted to love this place. So I ordered flowers out of state for a funeral due to a drug overdose. That being said the funeral was rapidly changed due to the coroner having to do an autopsy mandatory by state of California. So I called and called and emailed two times to this place when I found out no response there's no voicemail to leave a message. So I thought it was a cell phone so I text it. Nothing no response nothing. Now my 110 dollar flowers are sitting at the mortuary with no one to give them to. I didn't even want a refund I just wanted to change the date when they gave us a funeral date that was all. Now today at 11 am I received an email my flowers were successfully delivered. I'm pretty pissed and unsatisfied. The biggest this with flower shops these people should know events change at the last minute sometimes with out it being anyones fault and if you can't just simply answer the phone or email someone back we have a big problem with being reliable at this point. I came across Butterflies Flower Shop when I was ordering dinner one night from door dash. It was a little on the later side for dinner which is why I think they caught my eye.... well that and the cute pink and white light up bear. A short while later I found myself looking for a local florist when I remembered about butterflies. I googled them and found that they had a website. I probably looked at every arrangement on their website. I knew what I was envisioning but did not see anything on their website that was exactly what I wanted. I decided to call them. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and patient. She went through every arrangement on the website that I said I liked. She listened to what I liked about the arrangement, what I would like to see different or added etc. Then she asked me how much I wanted to spend. To me that says they are willing to work with whatever budget you have. After telling her how much I wanted to spend, she said, "don't worry, i will take care of it". That she did. The flowers were delivered today. They are beautiful! Exactly what I had envisioned. They are fresh, smell amazing and the colors are vibrant.
