I can't say enough good stuff about Butterfly Orthodontics! The staff is very warm and welcoming. During the past several years, while I had my braces on, I got to know most of the staff rather well. Everyone is kind and always seem to be having a good time while working. Dr. Foster always lets you know what the plan is at every visit and explains why you have to wear rubber bands and what happens when you don't follow the plan. When my braces were finally removed, the staff dressed up in 70's wigs and using some props came out singing to help me celebrate! What a fun place! First kiddo getting braces is a big deal. When you ask all your friends where to go and everyone overwhelmingly refers you to Butterfly Orthodontics. I had high expectations for them. Every fear and worry was quickly taken away the moment we were at their office. They took care of my son like he was their own. They listened to my mom worries and concerns and made us both feel very comfortable. Jason had a major over-bite and some major work ahead for them. I've done extensive research to find the best orthodontist in my area and couldnt find any. Until I found this Orthodontic Office. I live in Scottsdale and I couldn't find any other place that is as clean, accommodating, friendly, professional, customer service oriented place as this one. I was referred to Dr. Foster by a family member in the dental industry because my previous orthodontist work just didn't leave me satisfied. One reason I was referred to Dr. Foster is because I wanted top and bottom permanent retainers, which the Dr was able to fulfill. After each visit with different assistants you can see the great team Dr. Foster has around him. Everyone was professional with personality thrown in and is great at their craft. I had my last appointment yesterday and it was a literal "celebration" with some of the team members dancing and a song. I have been to multiple orthodontists over the years, because of previous dental work that did not work. I was told I would have to get jaw surgery to correct the problem, and then braces. I went to see Dr. Foster and he immediately knew how to help me and got me into treatment. He said it would be 20-24 months of braces, well 18 months later, I have straight teeth, a better bite and better confidence level. He was always so personable and walked me through every step! This was by far the best dental experience I have had in the 12 years I've been in and out of orthodontia care! The office staff were always accommodating and helpful. This is a great practice. I came here for invisalign braces. I always feel like the oldest patient in the place when I come, because it is often filled with teenagers getting braces :) Every single person you encounter here from the friendly faces at the front desk who check you in and schedule appointments, to the people who take impressions, to Dr. Foster are warm, friendly and communicative. Although they are very efficient, you never feel rushed out of there. They are also compassionate and love animals and do charitable work. I saw Dr Foster for a removal of my permanent retainer that I have had for over 15 years. He gave me two different options; one was cleaning and reattaching the retainer or getting a new removable one. He offered a recommendation but didn't push me to make a decision either way. I ended up choosing the more expensive option (which was still really reasonable) without feeling pressure from him. My original dentist wanted double the price just to re glue my old retainer with no guarantee it wouldn't come loose again. I would definitely recommend Dr. Foster he's professional and really easy in the eyes! Ha ha read more

I can't say enough great things about everyone in this office. My son has received excellent care from day one. He had a terrible bit issue that they were able to fix in only 29 months. He gets his braces off in 2 weeks and his teeth look great. Being almost 15 I think he feels better knowing his teeth look really great now. We were referred to this office for our children's braces and they have done a nice job for them. Our kids like them and the disposition of the Doctors. Doctor Jones has been an orthodontist in the area for a long time and with the addition of Dr. Foster, it adds to having a good experience. Their teeth are looking so much better. The staff are friendly and helpful and convince my kids to brush more often which is beneficial for us.
