I contacted scotty a few months back about doing a full wrap on our company box trucks. I was a little hesitant about the whole wrap the trucks idea 1 I wasn't sure if it was worth it 2 I didn't think the design would be to my liking and 3 it's expensive (any where you go.) Extremely poor customer service. Made initial contact with Sandee 8/3. Very pleasant individual....send two follow up emails....NO RESPONSE for 10 days now . So I called yesterday (Wednesday) Sandee was not there. Spoke to some young lady on the phone and was assured a call back by 2pm next day. It is now 8.48 pm Thursday and still nothing. Very disappointing, we tried to get 2 wall decals done through this company. We were paying cash for our project and weren't told about having to pay for project in full before we saw the finished work or install. This after multiple calls and us sending them our completed artwork. I've never worked with a company that has required a job to be paid in full before any work has been done. Every other company I've used for decal work is always pay a deposit, they do the work, we agree that it was done up to par, and balance is paid in full. I would prefer to work with a company that stands behind its quality of work, earns my trust as a new customer, and goes above and beyond to show that we found a great place to work with. I also was treated poorly on the phone by Scotty, and just blindly transferred when I was asking questions about why this was the case. Just really a poor representation of a company. Wish I had the same great experience the other yelpers seemed to have here. Bummer.... read more
