They advertise "No Job is too Small" however I went in for a small quantity of predesigned color brochures I wanted to order local instead of getting online the prices were not small job friendly. Here's what you're looking at paying: $45 for 25 brochures $80 for 50 or here it comes $195 for 500 Simply ridiculous. I'm going online or trying Cheap Copy Center in GG next. My experience: We waited 20 minutes to be attended while attendant made a phone call. It smelled like fumes ink toxic stuff, I was with my family including 2 month baby just trying to print brochures for my small photography business. Place looks dirty, there's some nice paintings of people and places in the waiting area but it's also filled with stacks of boxes, trash can full of trash and a fan that was off in the corner would have been nice in this 90 degree weather. We came in sort of late so I was practically kicked out because they had to "go" when they closed although I had been waiting around... I'm giving them 2 stars because despite the false advertisement, dirty locale and high price for my SMALL job, the gentleman did take the time to show me how to use add a "pleat" extra space in the canvas of my design leaving space to cut the brochure. read more

For our wedding invitations, we found a design we liked at Paper Source, but it was too expensive to get printed there. We were able to re-create something similar and have it printed at Le's Printing. They did a wonderful job, and had a very quick turn-around time (less than a week). They were also relatively inexpensive. Excluding the paper (which we provided), the printing cost under $300 for 7-piece invitations for 230 people. It is in a slightly shady area of Santa Ana, but it is so worth the savings if you are looking for cheaper (but not cheaper-looking) wedding invites. They have an email proof system, so I only had to go in to the store twice. They were also very responsive to emails and phone calls. Don't be afraid to haggle with them regarding price. After a printer that I had been working with (1721 Productions) dropped the ball on me and said they wouldn't have my job done in time for my trade show (after working on it for a week and being told the deadline several times), we tried Le's printing. He stayed up until 2AM that night helping with the layout of instructions, brochure and flyer + other sale literature and had the ready for the me the next day. We just got our wedding invitations back and they look perfect. The price was the best of 3 places we went to, and the design work was far superior than the proposals that cost more. As other yelper's have said, this place doesn't look like much from the street, but I was only concerned with the results. After stopping in and learning about the process (we knew nothing), we later started the order via email. A couple of proofs were exhanged by email, and our second-ever visit was to pick up the end-result. It was so easy, even for our 8-part wedding invitation. Service here sucks !! Came in and wasn't greeted. The man in front walks into his office/ room when we came in.. so we still continued to look through the booklets for wedding invitations.. my fiancé finally got annoyed and went to the desk to holler HELLOO ... the man finally comes out hands us a book and talks to us for two mins and leaves again !! Went to this little hole in the wall after a friend referred them. Don't let the chaotic layout of their showroom discourage you. They just keep it simple to keep costs down, which in turn keep prices down. We know of over 5 couples who have used them for their wedding invitations and all have been very pleased. Very professional couple working here. They will provide proofs for you to confirm at each stage, so do not worry about getting something you didn't want. You wont get it unless you approved it. Be patient when waiting for help too. It's a small showroom, but can get really busy, and sometimes the husband and wife aren't both their at the same time. Just spend the time waiting looking at the 30+ sample books they have. read more

They print well, we didn't have a big job but I have no complaints on the print job. I was upset to go and find that the store was closed with no sign out front. I think its common courtesy to let customers know you'll be out of the office until a certain time. I waited around for 30 minutes and still nobody arrived. I even called about an hour prior to arriving to confirm they'd be there, so it was very inconvenient to have to wait around. Common business courtesy would have been nice. read more

What sets them apart is their customer service. Anh Bao was easy to work with and was readily available when we have questions or had to make changes. Chu Bao and his employees are super nice and easy to work with. Even though Chu Bao was busy, he finished our invitation before the pickup day he promised. I cannot think of enough good things to say about Mr. Bao Nguyen and Le's Printing. If you have a printing need you must go to Le's Printing and speak to the owner, Mr. Nguyen. I came to him desperate, with an unbelievably short turn-around request. (I needed hundreds of copies of three separate books printed and bound - glossy, full color children's books.) There was a less than two-week turn around on this large rush project. Le's Printing had to manipulate the original artwork in addition to repositioning the text - a time consuming task. Not only was the service first rate, and deadlines met, but the printing quality exceeded my expectations and was extremely affordable. Mr. Nguyen's dedication went above and beyond -- he worked on a Sunday evening and even texted and emailed with me until 1:30 a.m. the following day to make sure that the project was completed on time - as I was leaving (with the books) to another country. You will not find a more diligent person - one who is precise, detail-oriented and willing to do what it takes to meet expectations. You may be hesitant at first if you merely drive by, as the storefront itself has seen better days. However, this would be an absolute mistake. It has no bearing on the quality of work that comes out of the shop. As soon as I met Mr. Nguyen I knew I had found the right printer. I was very worried about being able to get the job done on time, but, in working with him, my apprehensions quickly vanished. I will use him for all of my printing needs going forward. You must at least include Le's Printing in your quote-gathering process. He and his team redefine what it means to work hard. We were on a budget for invitations so we decided to get paper invite kits from Target. I liked the brown envelopment types $40 for 50 sets. Cheap and easy. If you want thicker quality paper, I've heard good things about Kelly Paper in town. It was difficult to find a stationer that didn't cost an arm and a leg to print custom invites. I really wanted the invites to be thermographed with glitter ink. Le's printing gave us the best price and they give volume discounts. I had ~ 250 sets (invite + RSVP card) done for $160 (not including paper cost). The initial set up is what costs so much so it is really cheap to print more than 150 sets. Make sure to buy extra paper because they may make mistakes with the actual proofs or it can get stained with other inks and they like to keep 1 copy for their records. We had no more than 5 get ruined. They also read your invite and look for mistakes. Somehow, we forgot to include the date and they allowed us to fix the copy on our Illustrator file on their computer in the back. The proof they give is just a digital one so I was nervous and asked if I could see the actual one. Usually they don't let you see but we were insistent and they let us see the first run when they ran the print job the next day. We had to come back the next day and wait because once they start the job, they don't stop. Wow were they fast. We ordered our print job and got it back within 2 days! And you're not limited by color. They have the whole Pantone spectrum to choose from. This place is excellent for people who like to do their own custom work and need prints done in a hurry. Our invites turned out beautifully and we got lots of compliments. Like the other reviewer said, it is in a sketchy part of town but if you're looking for custom and cheap, you can't go wrong. As I was looking for a Wedding invitations place to print my wedding cards, I did my research by searching reviews on the web. I came across to Le's Printing and read that they had pretty good reviews. So I came there. To my surprised, the place us small, unorganized and unprofessional. Still, I didn't let that bother me. They have generic cards that I have seen on the internet and thought I ask for prices...which weren't that cheap...standard. Perfect experience at Le's. Bao, the owner, is extremely detail oriented and very knowledgeable. He went over our design for wedding card, made careful adjustments, called us when thermography setup was prepared, invited us to take a look at the first card out of the setup.
