Plus it was almost upsetting that they thought I wanted a 'free' drink when it was actually an 'offer' their business put out. Anyhow. Although Quebec is a burgeoning wine producing region (often overshadowed by BC wines from Okanagan and ON ice wines), I found many lists did not offer much from the region, which is really disappointing. vinvinvin definitely had the most options available (perhaps 5-6 total of 40-50+ labels) and many BTG, which is great if you're looking to try some local wines. Someone on yelp said this was their favorite wine bar in the city so we gave that thesis a test. Solid wine list and the bartender/waiter really knew his wine. Sat in the sun and enjoyed a glass of orange wine; my wife had a recommended rose and made for a lovely afternoon. The inside looks absolutely stunning, but we were apt to sit in the sun and people watch.
