WARNING Pictures contain photos of mice, if you have a sensitive stomach please DO NOT LOOK. The office people are great, but the facility sucks. We've had our unit less than a year and we were gone on vacation for 6 months. We came back to our unit didn't notice anything at first. We got further into our unit and noticed sheds of paper/cardboard boxes everywhere. Later that day we noticed we had mice in our unit. We called the front deck and asked if they could help by putting traps in our unit. They said they did, but we never saw any traps. 3 weeks pass by, (my husband was deployed and I'm a 34 week pregnant mom of already two I lost track of time) and we call the unit to see if we could get a different unit because the mice situation was getting worse. They gave us one right next door to the old one. We started going through our things and we found 14 mice in our unit. When I started walking to the front door of the facility to get the insurance information the guy behind the desk at that moment was just opening the traps we had asked for weeks and weeks prior. We had TOTES that did have food in them, as we are prior military and do not like not being prepared. The guy at the front desk tried saying that the canned food is what attracted the mice in our unit which is absolutely bogus! We have thousands and thousands of dollars in damages. Military equipment/gear, baby car seats, baby swing, baby items, sentimental items, photos, books, and much more. And on top of all that we found one of my husband's uniform hats had 9 babies buried in it with 2 adults. We set 6 traps ourselves and each one had a dead one, one was smashed by our propane tank, and 3 ran at me on day one. The front desk tried saying that we have a mice issue, no this facility has a mice issue. I'm furious at home much damage has been caused in our unit by mice. If I could give negative stars I would. ‍ We've just gone back to the unit after the holidays, (our new unit) AND WE STILL HAVE MICE! read more

Then asked for an additional $150 to dump. When challenged they said they were going to warehouse the sofa, but we could go to the dump to pay the disposal fee, probably betting we would cave in. We decided to go to the dump to see the real cost. Based on weight $10 was the cost of disposal. Of course, the pick-up immediately changed to an hourly rate to include trip to the dump. The advertised Richland Land Fill rate is $10 per load up to 1200#, surely this outfit knows this. They advertise "Veteran Owned"; with claims like that I'd expect straight shooters. As a disabled veteran, I don't expect special treatment just fair; honor stated quotes. Edited: Received phone call from vendor who was somewhat upset over the above review. A veteran's discount was then offered but not accepted, again not looking for special treatment. If real, discounts should be advertised or offered at time of job request. Edited review to remove text that bothered them. Of course, my "claim" to be a disabled veteran was questioned...real class act. DD-214 and VA disability classification available upon request. I'll be gone in a couple years so my concern for their feelings is rapidly fading.
