Scheduled to have them come today 11/14/25 between 4-5, I have a pretty busy schedule so I set time aside for them to come. At 4:21pm I get a text saying they w can't make it. I explained my busy schedule, but they did not care. No discount was offered or any real kind of apology for wasting my time, they just offered to reschedule. If you have time to kill then this might be for you, but this business is on my do not use or refer list. 11/15/25: Joe's hours say he's open for business until 10pm, he's full of excuses and is probably lazy, who says they're open until 10pm and then doesn't show up for a 4-5pm appointment? Joe is the man! I had a last minute Nissan fob that needed to be made from scratch. My mom passed away and I was selling the car with both keys. Call this man! Super fast in contacting me when I started a Yelp key replacement project, excellent communication throughout, beat all the competitor's pricing, and he's knowledgeable. Lost my one and only master key to my LX470 and he was able to rekey from the lock code that he retrieved by opening the passenger door panel. He then was able to reprogram the security system and I now have two working keys! Bonus, the new keys are way cooler than the old ones. My car key blade broke off the case, so I needed it repaired and was interested in an extra key as well. Joe was great! Out of 6 RFQs, he was the first one to respond and the most organized, giving me a straightforward repair price and as well as several options for the extra. I didn't even realize he was a mobile service, so was expecting to have to fight to turn on the car with a broken key and drive it somewhere, but when he said he could drive out to me immediately, that sealed the deal and I sent him my address.
