I explained my side of the story and he listened 100%. Not only was I shocked that the manager had reached out in regards to a review to try and fix the concern, ​but he understood where I was coming from on a customer/client perspective. He verified that my account is set to do what I had envisioned going forward given overdrafts, and he explained the differences when a transaction would not qualify and an overdraft would have to be charged. Great communication, friendly and definitely a keeper for the OneAZ community given my interaction. Thank you, again!

We came here to use the outdoor ATM. The ATM needs serviced or replaced! The buttons don't work. We had to push the buttons over and over again as hard as we could just to get some cash out!
