The fridge carries other essentials like tofu and natto. They even have "sake kazu" from Vancouver's own Artisan Sake on Granville Island! The store is clean and spacious, and staff is professional. I also love that you can find so many different beverages in their fridge from different countries like Mexico and Columbia! They have been sued in a class-action lawsuit for its role in a price-fixing scheme for packaged bread and has agreed to a $500 million settlement with its parent company, George Weston Ltd. The claims process for the settlement is now open to eligible Canadians who purchased packaged bread between 2001 and 2021. I've seen Silver Hills bread selling for $7.99 a loaf. Anyways, free parking downstairs by spending $10. The store isn't as crazy busy as some locations. It is also a smaller T&T compared to other locations like the one near by on 1st avenue or Metrotown. They have pretty much everything one is looking for. Well stocked. The cashier area is a bit chaotic and crowded. If you got hot food here, there is an area with tables and chairs located after exiting T&T. There you will find lots of older seniors sitting there and eating the hot food that they just purchased. The area is super small.

Grocery prices are a tad higher than others, but they have good prices when there are weekly specials, so watch for them. Good addition to the neighborhood. Safeway up the street/hill on 4th is closing for redevelopment. I believe there is underground parking. I parked on the street.
