Under new management and they are called Liquor Kings Liquor & Wine. I went in to get Pinot Noir…read morefor Sunday. Greeted right upon walking in. Checked out the wine selection. Good amount. All different prices. I got one that was on sale! Pretty much, like all liquor stores. Although, not the biggest candy variety. I wanted PB M&Ms, but they only had peanut & the regular one. Oh well! Checked out with wine and the worker was kind with good day wishes! Good service & store! Recommended!

The person I talked to claimed to be the owner so my review is for him. First of all this guy needs…read moreto chill!! His store is right next to an In-N-Out and so he should know that unfortunately the line can get so long sometimes that people will either not care or NOT SEE that they are blocking the driveway. There was a sign for the first drive-way in so I read it and I didn't block it but I DIDNT SEE the second driveway so I was blocking it by accident! The incident that happened was that he was driving and turned into the line I was in and in my head I'm like this guy is trying to cut the line! because people have done that before but then when he still wouldn't move even after I threw my hands up and was like what the heck, so I was like okay what's around me why isn't he moving and then I saw the driveway, so I proceeded to back up and let him in. I was still in line and I had backed up for him so I wasn't sure how close I was to the car behind me so I pulled forward a bit. Then the so called owner decides to come out and approached my car and instead of telling me nicely about the drive way problem, he started giving me attitude and implying as if I was stupid. I didn't not appreciate that! If he had asked me nicely like hey next time you come could you please not block the driveway. But nope he gave me a nasty attitude I didn't appreciate. 0 stars for him.

I visited this store today looking for a specific product, but I couldn't find it, so I chose a…read moresimilar item and proceeded to check out. While I was paying, I asked the cashier if he knew when the product I wanted would be back in stock. He wasn't sure, so he called over another employee who appeared to be the manager. This employee had already seen me standing at the register paying for my items and waiting for them to be bagged. When he came over, instead of greeting me professionally, he abruptly asked, "What do you need?" in a rushed and unfriendly tone. As I was holding the items I had just purchased, he then asked, "Are you buying those?" When I replied yes, he immediately asked, "Where's your receipt?" At that moment, the cashier realized he had forgotten to hand me my receipt. He quickly gave it to me and explained to the manager that I had already paid for my purchase. The manager responded by saying he had seen me carrying the items and walking toward the exit, apparently assuming I hadn't paid. Being questioned like that in front of other customers was embarrassing and made me feel as though I was being treated like a shoplifter, despite having done nothing wrong. Afterward, he returned to my original question about the product I was looking for. He simply told me they no longer carried that brand. When I asked if he knew when it might be back in stock or if there was a similar alternative, he replied "no" in what came across as an annoyed and dismissive manner. He didn't make any effort to check the inventory system or offer any assistance. I understand that mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, and I appreciate that preventing theft is part of a store's responsibility. However, there's a respectful and professional way to handle those situations. Unfortunately, the way I was treated left me feeling embarrassed, judged, and unwelcome. I left the store feeling genuinely disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds employees that good customer service includes treating every customer with respect and professionalism.
