I haven't been to this location since they first opened! My sister and I together along with our kids stopped by just before 2pm. It was a bit busy as there was a YEE going on. The lady who was there handled the rush well. I've been to their second location on Bullard and was able to try a few different flavors there and was excited to try something different again during this visit. I opted in a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with a chocoholic ice cream flavor. The cookie was warmed up and the ice cream scoop was huge, thankfully she put it in a cup otherwise it would have definitely been a huge mess. I ordered my daughter a kids sundae which came with a scoop, on cookie and topping. Her favorite is the Cookie Monster and IMO it's definitely a great choice for both kids and adults! Fun blue color and cookies and crème flavored. The chocoholic was silky smooth and if you're a chocolate lover this one is for you! I loved that it wasn't overwhelming sweet! The warm chocolate chip cookie was delicious and paired perfectly with it. They offer catering and are open late. This location is clean and has bar stool seating and can be limited on a busy day! They do have GF/ egg free choices! Shakes, ice cream tacos, sundae, Dubai Chocolates and sooooo much more!!! Highly recommend! read more

It was one of those hot summer nights where sticking to a diet felt like an impossible mission. My fiancée is also Yelp Elite and signed up for this event. I didn't. I was just there as the supportive fiancé, fully committed to not eating ice cream... or so I thought. The staff greeted us with big smiles and made everyone feel welcome. I sampled the Cookie Monster flavor, and that was the end of my diet. One taste was all it took. F my diet. It's hot. I like ice cream. I ended up ordering a scoop, and it was 100% worth it. Rich, creamy, and packed with cookie goodness. I also love the cookie sandos, which make resisting this place even harder. Safe to say I'll definitely be back. July visit to Cream was such a treat! The shop and service was spectacular, and Victoria was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and let us sample anything we wanted before we settled on the salted caramel ice cream. It was SO delicious--definitely better than the ice cream I usually find at the grocery store! I was greeted by the lady behind the counter as soon as I walked in. She was hard at work refilling a tub of ice cream. She was friendly and helpful, answering my questions. It was cozy inside, smaller than the other location, but still clean and tidy. I decided on the strawberry and chocolate flavors. The strawberry ice cream has pieces of real strawberry in it. Paired with the chocoholic made it taste like chocolate covered strawberries in ice cream form. The texture of the ice cream is creamy and smooth, very satisfying. In this 100+ degree Fresno weather, this really hit the spot. Highly recommend! read more

We went to visit the cream on Barstow. It was part of our Elite Yelp invite. When we first got there, the lady was very nice. She has to sign in then proceeded to ask us which flavor ice cream we would like to pick as a sample. I picked pistachio nut ice cream and chocolate chip and mint ice cream both were delicious. Their ice cream is all natural no preservative. The place was a little bit smaller than their other place on Bullard Avenue but there were long counter and tall stools . The decorations in the building were very pleasant with a big cream sign in the middle of the wall. Plenty of parking outside too. We will be back to visit this place soon. read more

Cute little ice cream shop, all the flavors looked so yummy & so hard to choose where to start. Mint chocolate chip is my favorite & theirs hits a home run!! Decided to combine it with Cookies & Cream, whole chunks of cookies make this amazing! Close to Fresno State & would be a great a stop before or after a game. I was welcomed by an energetic young lady who was helping some other customers, but made sure I knew she saw me. Not too many seats inside but would a great spot for a quick dessert date. read more

We get sushi at the bulldog shopping center and craving for some sweet so we decide to try crème for first time. They offered 10% for student and military, senior which very nice. Place was clean and nice decor. We were greet but we didn't ask any questions if we were new and need samples. We asked her for sample and decided to go with very strawberry and cup of Joe . We stopped in on Valentine's Day and they had such a cute little photo setup, which made the visit feel extra fun and festive. It was a nice touch and perfect for snapping a quick picture before digging into dessert. The ice cream is always good, the cookies are always warm and the shop is consistently clean, which is why they definitely still earned 4 stars. You really can't go wrong with their made to order ice cream sandwiches. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that we felt a little rushed through the line. We noticed that guests before and after us were given a full explanation about their items, what they offer and were even offered samples, while we weren't. It would've been nice to have that same experience. Staff were still friendly though. Overall though, still a great spot for a sweet treat! read more

We got the Taco Sundae, and it was delicious! It's definitely big enough for two people to share. Sabrina was very sweet, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. The inside is clean and welcoming, with barstools and a long countertop where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream. Was craving a brownie sundae so I thought I would give those place a try. Overall, the sundae was good but it was a little pricey imo. My husband got a chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone and with both of our ice creams plus a heart-shaped Dubai Chocolate, it was about $30. Not sure if he is the owner but there was a guy serving us and he was really nice and sociable so I give the customer service a 5/5. read more

I had the chance to stop by Cream Ice Cream and meet the owners, and they were some of the kindest people I've met. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Came here for a late night treat cus we wanted something sweet. I love that they open late. The girl that helped us, (I didn't get her name) was really nice and sweet and patient with us cus we did not know what to pick. Finally went with two milkshakes. My bf went with the banana cream pie shake. It has banana milk in it by Rosa brothers. You know the one that comes in a glass bottle. Yeah, that one! We didn't know that the leftover milk in the bottle (since they don't use the whole thing), we get to keep! So it's the milkshake and the rest of the flavored milk. Pretty nice! I went with a build my own shake. I honestly don't remember what I put in besides the heath toppings. But it was good. Mine didn't have any flavored milk in it but had I known it comes with the leftover milk I would've gotten something with the flavored milk in it. We went in the next day and got two other milkshakes. My bf got the fruity pebble one. I got a chocolate covered strawberry milkshake which was one of the employees favorites. I should've not got that cus it wasn't my favorite. I think next time I would do the blue Cookie Monster milkshake since that was a customers favorite. The one I picked came with strawberry milk and the Rosa's strawberry milk is one of the best I tasted. I wish they carried the root beer milk! Would love to try that! read more
