I had bought the converter and two Oxygen sensors about 7 years ago, after talking with the auto shop manager at TCTC, who said he would put me on the list. I had called several times, only to get excuses. I talked to the folks at Rick's Lifetime Muffler, and they told me that they would be glad to do it. I made the appointment, and they installed it, only to find out that I should have bought four oxygen sensors. It was my mistake, so I ordered the other two sensors, and they installed them for me without charging me for my mistake. While I was there, there were many customers who were repeat customers, some who came from out of state, who used to live in the area. This is a family run business ho the customers love, and I can see why.

The service man who finds the cheapest local parts is great. It's the careless workers trying to rush through repairs thats the issue. After taking it in for a simple fix, bc of what they did my car started throwing all sorts of codes. Careful with this place. Fair prices but shoddy work. You want a mechanic who works on your car like its his own and not just a rented jalopy.

While there I was there he told me his preference is Audi, and he didn't hear the noise I explained to him, because his hearing isn't that great anymore. Also told me if it was his wife's car, he would tell her to just drive it. As I was leaving, his comment to me was "good luck", which I interpreted as take your car off my lot and don't come back.
