I'm not sure if the massages are any good at all, but regardless of circumstance, they will get their $$$$$$. They want to argue that they told me, but I think something in writing would/should be automatic for a charge like this. Let the buyer beware, because their communication is pretty horrendous. I'll never step foot in the place and I'm sure there is no refund for who gave me the card, so I guess it will just be another waste of money because it's going in the trash. This hairstyle was my faithful sidekick for an incredible night of fundraising and dancing and my hair looked SENSATIONAL throughout. This was a major event that I spent months working toward and really wanted to look perfect and special for the night. So of course the first appointment I made was getting my hair done with the magical Antonio! Never once was I worried that it would fall apart or come undone (always a concern when doing something different)-- Antonio has normally done blowouts for me when I have a special event but I needed an updo for this particular dress. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time asking him for an updo but holy hell did Antonio deliver. The amount of compliments I received throughout the evening was INSANE and I just felt gorgeous the whole night through. It was perfect! I didn't want to take it out when the night was over! Haven Salon is truly my home for all things self-care and beautifying. Antonio is the only one I trust with my hair cuts and styles. (Also, she's introduced me to Dazzle Dry which has been revolutionary in helping my nails look amazing and the color last longer than ever.) Also not to mention their adorable Little Haven which is where I get my daughter's hair cut. I do wish they offered a mid-tier membership that let you float once a week at a reduced rate. They offer a daily float, which comes out to about $6 a day, but that's a little high for me. And once a month just isn't enough! Floating really helps me think things through and reach a state that's beyond relaxed - the flow state. It helped my depression as well. Plus they offered tea in a lovely, comfortable lounge afterwards so you didn't have to rush out after the relaxing float.

I took my daughter & 16 yr old granddaughter to celebrate my daughters birthday. She & I had…read moremassages & the grand had a facial. Unbeknownst to me, at the suggestion of the Spa staff who booked, it my daughter booked the Lamborghini of facials for the granddaughter. When we got the bill we had major sticker shock. The facial was fabulous & she was thrilled (not even her birthday either) but a 16 yr old doesn't need a $325 facial. Our massages were expensive but not THAT over the top. I got an 80 minute aromatherapy massage & my skin tingled for hours after it ended. Such a treat for my senses. Best massage I've ever had. My daughter had the 75 minute magnesium massage. It's actually four massages! She loved it. The staff was marvelous, the vibe of the spa is so upscale. We took full advantage of the facility by arriving at 9am & not leaving until 4:45 when they closed. We went to the pool, had beverages & a snack, enjoyed reading in the relaxation room & had showers in the huge private shower. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford this luxury since I'm on a fixed income, but I would go back in a heartbeat if I win the lottery.

I called to book a deep tissue massage for 50 minutes, with the massage you can use the pool and facilities before or after your treatment. The spa has a very relaxing vibe and was very comfortable. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment. I had a short wait since there was only one person at the front desk and there were helping other clients at the time. When it was my turn, I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the facility. The changing rooms are right off the main lobby area, and I was guided around the area and advised on what was available to use. I decided to change and then head to the relaxation room to await my massage. The room had flavored water and hot tea available, as well as a few packaged snacks. There were several Lounge chairs available with sheer curtains to provide some privacy. My massage therapist arrived right around my massage time and took me to my room. She was very nice and explained the process and asked if I had any areas of concern. Unfortunately the massage wasn't great, I had opted for a deep tissue massage, but not a lot of pressure was used. She also never checked in with me during the massage and it ended a bit early. The facility is beautiful and next time I will try a facial or another service since I loved the atmosphere so much.
