Had a haircut today, much needed after getting a cut about 6 months ago that was a disaster. I have been waiting for it to grow a bit so someone could clean it up. I had gone for layers 6 months ago and that girl messed my hair up worse than it has ever been. The layers were so uneven, choppy, not blended. How else can I say, really really, BAD. I saw Micah today and she spend well over an hour on my hair trying to even it out. It is still not prefect... not that I expected it to be but SO much better than it was. She really had to be creative and patient as she tried to blend it and not cut multiple inches off to make it better. The cut today makes my hair feel and look better and as Micah said is will help it as it grows and naturally blends with the new growth. There is plenty of parking. A nice, cozy reception area, closet for your coat and a very modern setting in the salon itself. Everyone was very friendly and Micah was very sweet , professional and helpful. Additionally they provide nail services and massage. It was a nice experience. read more

Let me start by saying that I love my hair stylist. She is young and is informative when it comes to new techniques. The salon itself is extremely dated and needs a lot of work. There are holes in the walls, and the overall asthenic is dingy. If it weren't for my stylist, I would probably be going somewhere else. read more

If it was possible to leave 0 stars, I would. I requested a certain stylist recommended to me by a friend (and former hairstylist), the woman told me sure and I was placed with a Marissa instead. When I arrived, she didn't look at any of my reference photos for longer than a minute. I went in with hair down to my butt and curtain bangs that were super grown out as well. I told her I wanted my hair to stay past my breast, she took it up to a little past my collar bone and kept chopping away at my bangs, until she had to call a different stylist over to help "fix" them. I spoke up about my dissatisfaction and she assured me that when I styled it, it would be fine. It should've looked fine right then! She also kept telling me I have wave to my hair, when I kept insisting I have pin straight hair and that "wave" is from my bun I wore to the appointment. After my appointment, I paid (and tipped--dumb of me!) and had a seat in the lobby until my S.O. arrived to get me. I felt so unwelcome in the waiting room and eventually just went outside to cry over how ugly my hair was. It's been about a month and a half and one side of my bangs are still butchered and I still find uneven pieces. I can't really get it fixed because it would take a ton of length off, length that should've still been there if the stylist listened! I do not recommend Marissa at 360 Salon. read more

I was really excited to try a new salon, especially because it's so close to where I live. The outside is beautiful, and they have really lovely products displayed for sale. But that's pretty much where it ends as far as the positives of my experience. I was the only one wearing a mask, which I understand isn't going to be a downside to everyone, but I wouldn't feel safe recommending this to someone who is immune compromised or wants a safe environment. Behind the counter, it's pretty dated and in need of repairs. It didn't smell great, there were holes in the walls, and the aesthetic is pretty bad. It didn't feel like a quality place to relax- it's called a "spa," but it doesn't feel like it. The products the stylists actually use weren't the same as the ones in the front, which was disappointing. My stylist was really sweet, but she (and a few others) smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I can't imagine how bad it wold be without my mask on. Also, on the website, it says a haircut is $30. My stylist curled my hair without really asking- and while I didn't tell her to stop, she said it would be more wavy than curly- it was NOT. It was fully curled into ringlets, which I didn't like. I was turned away from the mirror for a large portion of it, so when she turned me back and I saw how poofy it was, I was a little taken aback. I knew it looked better straight, but I felt like she kind of curled it without really telling me how it would look. When I went to pay, they told me the card reader was down, so they weren't able to charge me at that time. Not a huge deal, but the whole thing just seemed a little sketchy. I was also charged an extra fee for the curling, which I also wasn't informed of. I wouldn't recommend this salon if you're looking for a relaxing place with a cool atmosphere and staff who really listen and ask before doing things. read more

Terrible customer service. If I was writing this last year, it would be a 5, but things have changed. Every year my husband gives me a full spa day. I called to schedule their most expensive package AND I wanted to add several other services. First the receptionist said I could not add services. I said, "you are not going to let me spend more money?" At that point she took down my services and date and said someone would call me to confirm. I told her if there was a problem, call me quickly as I would have to request a day off. One week before the scheduled date, I called to confirm. They knew nothing about my appt. I repeated my request and she said she would call the owner. The receptionist called me back and said they could not help me as I was wanting to add higher priced services to the package. At this point I was pretty frustrated and explained again that I was asking to pay for upgrades, not free subsuitions. I told her this was very inconvenient as I had scheduled off work. Then she SCOLDED me and told me that I should have waited for confirmation before changing my schedule!. I ended the call and started looking for a new salon. I really expected a call back from the owner offering an apology, but have not heard a thing. It is sad to be treated like this for wanting to spend more money read more

Today was my first visit to 360 Salon and Spa. Debbie was my salon stylist. She was fabulous. I enjoyed the entire experience and I will definitely be back. The place is very clean and I felt completely safe getting my hair cut. I have not yet tried any other services but I will do so in the future. I have found my salon home!!! read more

One thing is for sure when you are ready to do it, you want it to be right! I've had my share of disastrous results. Ones that made me go home and cry! Ladies, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about! For the last several years, this salon has been my go to place. All of the stylists seem good, and the shop is modern, and contains great product. My stylist is the best and I would never even consider going to anyone else. Ashley H. an expert with styles and colors, and she is always willing to try something new when asked. Her prices are very reasonable which leaves me more room to regularly tip her for a job that is always well done. This full service salon offers other services as well. My name is Sheila. I had never been to this salon before and I had just grown my hair out enough (from another bad haircut I received from a different salon) to get a good trim and I specifically said to the stylist, "I DO NOT want any length cut off and PLEASE do not give me a 'Karen' hair cut". Well I walked out with the worse haircut I've ever gotten, looked like a COMPLETE DORK, and it was so short, I asked her, "Why would you do that?" And she said, "Well it needed to be cut off and you can just let it grow now and make sure you take lots of hair vitamins!" What's worse is that they charged me 40 bucks! Yesterday I had to go to Great Clips on Dixie so they could fix it and they only charged $15. None of my hair was even and it was a complete joke. I hope the owner of Salon & Spa 360 has a staff meeting and goes over the importance of communication and LISTENING to the client. Hair is very important to a woman and when your hair looks terrible, a woman feels terrible. Don't stylists know this?? The owner needs to teach this before her new clients go elsewhere. I have gotten my massages from 360 for several years now. I always had great service until 7/24/2015. I took my best friend for a couples massage for her birthday. This is something we have done for years. I am writing this review because I am upset by how I feel I was treated. I am a form of a therapist as well and work on a fee basis. It is important to be ethical with your time and rates. The actual massage was great but the therapists only spent 42 mins with us. Before the massage we waited almost 30 mins in the locker room before we were taken to the treatment room. Apparently the massage therapist was still working on someone. This is no big deal as we understood people run behind. After the massage was over and my friend checked the time we realized we were only there for 42 mins. We fully expected to pay for the time we spent on the table. The therapists charged us full price which was 65.00 for 60 mins. When I brought this up the them they knocked off 15.00. I feel that was still a rip off as they charge approximately 1.00/ min. I will not return. I feel this is highly unethical, unprofessional, and deceitful. I encourage you to pay attention to the time and services you are receiving. read more
