When asked for an opinion, he gracefully presented options providing objective pros and cons, while ultimately empowering us to decide. We canceled 8 months in advance due to a life event and the owner is saying he will destroy our credit and put the money owed to a collection company. Within the contract he will charge you a late fee and then compounding interest so the amount grows and grows. We didn't even use his service and still is doing this to us. HE told me "my generation" doesn't abide to contracts, yet he won't send us the contract that shows we have even signed anything.
