Staff and customers were masked up during this visit and there is plexiglass at the registers. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and there are carriages inside if you have a large order to purchase. It is a bit tough getting these carts in and out of the shop, so be prepared to need a bit of help with the two sets of doors, or bring help to carry the packages out of the shop. There are many places to buy your drink making supplies, and if you are looking for a wide selection and good prices, give Joyal's a try. This morning I picked the two I wanted and had them ready- I drove to the dispensary and told them what I wanted but the prices had changed. It's been less than 6 hours, why did the prices change?? It seems overly complicated. It's a cool option to have but I almost feel like yall need to specify more across the entire board what's allowed and what isn't. We get different people each time who do things differently. And I still don't understand why the price would increase $10 from 7am to 11am. Ended up spending $10 more than planned and not even getting the weed we wanted.

They said they only allow returns of products under a 36 hour period from when it was purchased and after that you need to reach out to the company. Really disappointed, this smoke shop was no help. If a business is going to sell 200+ dollar products they should have a better return policy. Writing this review so other people know before buying here.
