I should read the reviews on Yelp before Paying for a Groupon. These people have no education not customer service experience whatsoever! I called a week ago for an appointment, I was told that they will come to my house on Tuesday, December 30th-2014 at 10:00AM. They called me at 10:30am with some lame excuse and told me that they will be at 11:30am due to some truck trouble so I said ok. Bullshit! They came at 2:15pm with an attitude and they wanted to vacuum the carpet only instead of cleaning it because they said the carpet was stained and it needed a deep cleaning that will cost more, I told him that in the past only a simple cleaning was needed so that's what I paid for and that's what I wanted but he insisted on the Oxi clean bullshit thing! I told him pls do what you got paid for and that is it but he refused it and called his manager instead because he wanted to force a sale on me! I ended up asking him to leave the house or I will let my Doberman deal with the situation so he left and fucked my wall when pulling the hose out! NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Terrible. Scam. Unprofessional. Words that should be adopted into this company's logo. I scheduled their service via Groupon on a Thursday for a 5 room cleaning on the following Wednesday at 12. He called Wednesday at 10am claiming he could not come due to "technical difficulties". We rescheduled for the next day at 2, an appointment time he offered, he did not show or even call to cancel/reschedule. I called after 5 to express my discontent; he claimed he'd been stuck at a job all day and his phone died - so he couldn't call to cancel. Two work days missed. He promised to make it up to me with a Saturday appointment. When he came Saturday, he immediately let me know the carpet was much too dirty to be cleaned with the Groupon service purchased. Even though the largest room that needed to be cleaned is the one my grandmother, who is confined to a wheel chair, sits in and watches television - that is all. Sigh. I called to obtain information on a Groupon that was offered. $40 for 3 rooms. I also needed a flight of stairs cleaned. I was quoted $2 per step so I budgeted $70 for 2 bedrooms, a hallway and 14 stairs. The ETA was between 10:00-11:00. Jason arrived at 1:15 but was very apologetic and very professional. He offered a discount for being late which was really nice. The stairs were heavily soiled and there were some dark spots in some areas. He suggested I get the Oxy clean solution throughout for an additional charge. He was right, the carpet needed it. He showed me the difference on the steps with the Oxy and without. The carpet needed it but wasn't in my budget. He offered to do the steps and three rooms for $80 total. I was very happy with that. The carpet is berber and looks much better than it did. I had Jason come to my home with his helper today. I was very apprehensive to use them due to previous reviews, but after speaking to him on the phone, I got a good vib. He came the very next morning, did a great job, and I was very satisfied. Job well done, in a timely fashion, nice man ( helper also worked hard with a nice smile). My tile looks like new! Very unprofessional people!! Don't trust them. 1) Just before the scheduled date and time, they said they were not aware that my apartment is on 3rd floor. And they don't have equipments to work on 3rd floor. They should have noted down the floor while taking the order. 2) Once inside the apartment, they seemed to be least interested as we bought the coupons from Groupon. They'll give their own quote, asked me $85 for 4 rooms, where as Groupon deal was $60 for 5 rooms. 3) They are very rude. On raising questions on the rates, why they are charging more than Groupon ? He said - "I am not here to argue, Either I'll do or leave". This is they way you talk to your customer ? You are expected to explain how you are charging.. I recommend people NOT to choose them.. What a bunch of unprofessional scam artists. We bought a service for $40 for 3 rooms on groupon. I called to schedule the appointment and the guy answered "yeah?" That should have been my first clue. He said that if the rug was really dirty he would have to charge me $99. I said no this is just a basic service needed. We scheduled it for Saturday at 9 am. He then said "alright text me info and if I don't text you back confirming text me again. " needless to say I had to text him twice to finally get a confirmation. Appointment was for today at 9. We called him at 8:30 to give him instructions to enter the gate and the guy that answered said "oh, this is on the third floor?" And when we replied yes, he said it would be another $25 to bring the equipment up. After complaining we said ok we will pay. The scheduled time came and went and he still had not shown up. Finally twenty minutes after, we call and he says in a bored exasperated tone that he is still at his 7 am job and he will be there at least another hour and a half. So we said so you will come here at 11:30? He says he's not sure. Then we press him for rescheduling and he says I don't know. So we hung up, called up groupon and got our money back. I bought a Groupon voucher to get some stains removed from my sofa, no big deal, but still, wanted to get rid of them. When the man came, he told me I should cancel the Groupon as it didn't cover stain removals so I did and payed him cash. He was unorganized, unclean and messy. My partner and I kept cleaning after him as he "cleaned" and left drips all over our wooden floors. When he finished, I noticed the sofa had changed of color. He reassured me saying it was because it was wet and it will come off once it's dry. It didn't. My beige sofa is now pink... We all make mistakes and I am very understanding about it so I gave him the chance to fix it... Here are the texts following the issue: ME: Good morning. UGH! STILL waiting! I bought the service through Amazon Local Deals, which has proven reliable in the past. Not this time! My appointment was scheduled yesterday - after waiting an hour for them to show up I called and as told he couldn't make it. After extensive arguing - he promised he would come later in the day. Again - no show, but at least this time, he called. We re-scheduled for this morning - 9:00am. It's now 10:15am - haven't heard a word. I bought a coupon on aug 31 and tried to schedule an appt. it took a week.. They cancelled my original appointment I had had set for almost 2 weeks, and came 30 minutes late the day of my service. As soon as he came in, he took one glance at my two couches and tried to up sell me on some pet cleaning product for $200, I said "no, just do the steam clean for $65, which is what I paid for." Then he tried to continue to sell me products for less money and asked if I could write a check to him. I again said no and just to do what I paid for. He was so rude and he was just trying to scam me anyway he could. He left huge puddles of water in my living room and didn't even bother to wipe them up..
