I called a week ago for an appointment, I was told that they will come to my house on Tuesday, December 30th-2014 at 10:00AM. They called me at 10:30am with some lame excuse and told me that they will be at 11:30am due to some truck trouble so I said ok. Bullshit! He called Wednesday at 10am claiming he could not come due to "technical difficulties". We rescheduled for the next day at 2, an appointment time he offered, he did not show or even call to cancel/reschedule. I called after 5 to express my discontent; he claimed he'd been stuck at a job all day and his phone died - so he couldn't call to cancel. Two work days missed. He promised to make it up to me with a Saturday appointment. When he came Saturday, he immediately let me know the carpet was much too dirty to be cleaned with the Groupon service purchased. Even though the largest room that needed to be cleaned is the one my grandmother, who is confined to a wheel chair, sits in and watches television - that is all. Sigh. I just told him to go, I refused to participate in his bait and switch at that point. Good riddens to bad rubbish; bye-bye bye bye dirt cleaners. You suck.
