But got stranded in the freezing cold in Chicago. 7 hours stranded. I incurred significant out-of-pocket expenses and loss of use as a result. Was told because it was a used car there hands are tied and did nothing to reimburse me for the money I had to spend or did not care about the 15 to 20 hours. I've lost because of this car.
