They know I have a 5 year old the lady I spoke to was like " is there a way you can bring your 5 year old in and she watch the newborn while you get your cleaning" I was absolutely floored when she told me this . This isn't one of them. Good bedside manner, pleasant. They used a drill for my fillings instead of the new laser, but they let me listen to spotify while they did their thing. She nicked my tongue but it was the hardest filling to get to, so I can give them a pass on that. Spot on. She even filed the teeth she filled, until I said it was enough. Okay, that smelled like burning, but it's okay. They have a good in-house savings program. Only way I can afford it, lol. Along with family help. There are some terrible dentists in Canal Winchester, this one at Winchester Dental is quite pleasant. Highly recommended. Oh, and if you wanna make sure to go before you sit in the chair, they have a big clean comfy bathroom!

Carrie made me feel especially comfortable by talking me through everything she was going to do as she did it. They were very gentle with the shots, the drilling, and the fillings and they took the extra time to be sure everything was lined up to my comfort with the fillings and my bite before we were done. They didn't try to guilt me about my teeth ( I also have depression so I've had periods of not tending to myself the best I can) and when the time came for my next appointment, the one for the heavy lifting work, I was prescribed an oral sedative so I could actually get some sleep the night before and gas during. Dr. Kallis was so gentle with the novacaine, more gentle than any other dentist took the time to be. AND the office is clean and comfortable, even the bathroom is nice.
