I took just adjusting, I never asked replacement, they broke my glasses(frame) and hiding then used super glue, but my daughter saw it. I said you broke my glasses, then they saying" your glasses is more than a year, we can't replacement" etc. I never asked replacement, I asked adjustment, that's all. Then, your glasses was wiggling, etc. That's all lies!! They broke my glasses and super glue and bunch excuses(lies)!

Despite having a large office, there were no ophthalmologists on site. After the exam, I was told I had "severe" nuclear cataracts and needed to have both lenses removed urgently -- before Christmas -- and that I would have to travel to Little Rock because they had no ophthalmologists locally. I was also told LASIK wouldn't work and that the surgery was invasive, which added to the pressure. The urgency they pushed did not feel right, so I requested my records and sought a second opinion. They initially refused to send my records to the ophthalmologist in my own town, and the doctor there had to call them himself to get them. My second exam (also two hours) showed something very different: only mild cataracts that are completely normal for my age, excellent eyesight, and absolutely no need for surgery. The ophthalmologist told me, "If it isn't broken, we're not going to fix it." Based on my experience, I felt pressured toward an unnecessary and invasive procedure. I encourage anyone who receives an alarming diagnosis here to get a second opinion.
