Each table has built in induction cooktop burners with a center shallow wok. We all chose Hot Pot. There are also choices of starches, like rice, noodles and dumplings. The soup base arrives first and you can adjust the temperature of your own personal cook top burner, then the accoutrements arrive. Most of the proteins are slightly frozen, and rolled neatly on their serving dishes. I particularly liked any of the dumplings. The meats were so thin that they can be easily overcooked. The vermicelli noodles were very good and cooked perfectly in the broth. Everything was fresh and the broth I chose had a good flavor and was not over salted. It's all you can eat so you can try another broth or get a refill on the same one. The same with the other ingredients.
