While we were looking at the pastries, we were told that drink orders needed to be placed at a different register on the other side, which was perfectly fine. It took a while to get everything ordered, and the flow of service felt confusing and unorganized. They also forgot to put the herb biscuit in the bag until it was pointed out. We later realized it hadn't been warmed up either. If I had been taking it somewhere without access to a microwave, I would have been extremely disappointed. On a cold day, a cold bacon and egg biscuit just doesn't work for me.
