Standard questions like "where is your pain generally located" etc. As an avid massage receiver, I've never been asked "what music do you prefer during your massage" or "what scent would you like?" The customization they offer is top notch and I appreciated the options. Once your form has been completed, you're taken back to the immaculate locker room and provided with a robe and sandals. This robe...WOW. It was probably the most lush piece of clothing I've ever placed upon my body. I wish they sold them at the spa because I would've purchased immediately with zero buyers remorse. You are shown a locker to place your belongings in with a lock, so you don't have to worry about leaving your purse/jewelry while you enjoy your chosen service(s). There is also a restroom and shower. Once changed, you migrate to the waiting area where water and tea is provided if you'd like. Okay, now to the best part, the massage... FIVE STARS. John was extremely professional, listened to my areas of concern and the 60 minutes felt like two hours. He was very meticulous and the pressure was exactly what I wanted, firm and deep.
